We arrived with our cat who had a damaged tail. We had already been to another vet Watzin in waterdown who quoted us 1680.00 + tax to amputate her tail. And when I we said we are getting another option they threatened us with a call to the humain society. If we did not do some action within 24 hours. But they were going to hold her till Wednesday for the vet had Tuesday off. Went Beatties with a 9:20pm appointment. We were quoted 600.00+ tax and she had her surgery that night. And we could pick her up the next day. Excellent care. Bill came in cheaper at 566.00 with tax.

Horrible. My dog was sick.. We were told to wait outside because they didn't want a sick dog in the waiting room...is that not what vet care is all about? We got in there and no one even looked at our dog or pet her....why work in animal care if you don't like animals? We got taken into a room and a girl in scrubs asked a bunch of questions...never even introduced herself to our dog. We asked her a simple question of dogs and she replied..."ahh, no idea" then walked out without a word. The vet came in and asked about our dogs vaccines, we informed him that she was fully vaccinated. He then said he had to test her for parvo. We told him she was already tested and vaccinated again it. He replied and I quote " vaccines rarely work" . Really! She didn't have it... And he treated her finally for exactly what I original said!
Never again. We only went there before our vet was closed and we needed after hours. But it wasn't worth it. Horrible horrible staff!
