Sonshine Hot Tub Service

Hired them to install a new Hot Tub controller. The hot tub never worked properly. They wired the spa light as well as pumps wrong and blew fuses. They kept blaming the pumps and made me spend over $200 getting the pump tested multiple times. The electrical grounding was not done properly which could cause a serious accident, and the pump and heater was never screwed to the base. Then they gave up saying that the controller was not bought from them so they do not stand behind the service.
I complained to BBB Ontario asking for refund, and looks like they returned the mail saying they are out of business!!!

They do not stand behind their promise of customer satisfaction. Have spent about $1600.00 in the past year, and hot tub still not working. Every time they come back, they say it requires a different fix, promise results, or be refunded, but don't recall ever saying this. I've had enough of the "promises", and now that I'm upset, they won't call me back. DON'T USE THEM!!!
