When you place an order online.;they ship it to you but the order is incomplete and no explanation is received. You must message them to find out about it and they take their time answering. They need to inform their customer if something is not available;the reason it is not, and give the customer their options before shipment is even made. This would be very helpful.

I enjoy ordering from this store until recently. After a week of waiting I contacted customer support, they informed me that the product was back ordered even though it said in stock. I ended up receiving my order 3 weeks after the fact and to add insult to injury they sent me an expired coupon.
I hope they get their act back together, well at least their customer support part

I have been buying from Lovedreamer a number of times over the years but always forget that the quality of there products is on par with what you buy at the dollar store. If you have a problem with something not working and you try to get it replaced its a cumbersome chore plus if you try to call the company forget it they never answer there phone and I suspect for good reason.
I am not buying from them anymore since I found a more reputable company.

Between the large selection, decent prices and wonderful customer service, whenever I'm looking for something new, lovedreamer is always my first stop and is almost always my last. I have been shopping with their online store for years without having any issues except twice. Those two out of many transactions were the result of an issue with one item but they were quick to inform me and very helpful when I either chose a new item or items as replacements or removed the item from my order. It's because of this experience that I keep coming back. Great products, easy to use website, fast and discreet shipping. I highly recommend them!
