Driver – Full disclosure I work for Urban Towing and the owner Ash. With that being said I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, and it is with great rarity that I am able to write such a great review. It is very rare that I have come across such a pleasant and customer service driven individual, I have worked for many towing companies and roadside assistance organizations in Calgary and B.C. and have never been so impressed by a business owner and person. My time with this company is coming to an end very shortly due to the lack of work in the province and I am relocating back to B.C. I am writing this review in the hopes that if you ever need to recommend or use a towing company in this city that there is no hesitation using Urban Towing. You won’t be disappointed. Five Stars Ash and thanks for your good times. Great company to work for, and a pleasure to recommend.

I called Urban towing when my car broke down in a mall parking lot. After asking me a few questions he gave me a very reasonable flat rate and said he would be there in 45 mins, he showed up in under 30! And I paid the price I was quoted. He was fast, friendly and very professional.
I would recommend him to anyone needing a tow at a decent price!
