Let me put it this way: I loved the car I bought from them to death. But because these people are incredibly bad when it comes to customer service, I traded my car in, just so I won't have to deal with these people anymore.
They laugh at their customers behind their backs. They don't honor their promises. They make their customers look and feel like idiots when asking questions. Overall, just stay away.
