We have been with this company for a few years and so far they are the worst management company to deal with, we asked for meetings, repairs even call backs they wouldn't do. we tried calling our rep, our rep's manager with the same result. at least return our phone calls

This company know...

This company knows absolutely nothing of service, the company name is extremely misleading. In the first instance, you will receive no answer to your contact call, but that of voicemail, obviously, they are all too busy to discuss your concerns and will maybe , get back to you, in the near future. When, and if, you do finally make contact, and they listen to your concerns, they more than likely, will not get back to you with a resolution to the problem.

This company has changed its name from Condominium First Management but I suspect it still gives the same incompetent service to its customers. Our condo board used them for 3 years until we finally fired them and moved to another management company that provides good service.
Condo First's inadequacies were:
1. Always got voicemail, never your property manager, then you waited at least a day before your call was returned.
2. Their accounting department was unable to turn out accurate monthly financial statements to the point that our treasurer had to recreate 10 months worth herself so we would even be in a position to move to another management company. This was our biggest frustration - preparing monthly statements is by no means rocket science but it was well beyond Condo First's skill set.
3. They engaged incompetent contractors which performed work which had to be redone at additional cost.
4. They failed to pay a monthly contract with our landscaper for 6 months in a row.
5. They failed to keep our Enmax account current and we nearly had our water cut off and faced substantial late payment charges.
We were so disgusted with their performance that we terminated our contract early (under the negligence clause) and filed suit for damages in small claims court. At our trial it was clear this was not the first time Condo First had faced litigation for incompetence! The Judge ruled in our favour and awarded damages although due to the volunteer nature of condo board work we could not quantify the value of the board's management time so our full claim was not paid.
We did however obtain the satisfaction of seeing Condo First's shareholder management squirm under the withering remarks of the Judge when he rendered his decision. Our only regret is the decision was verbal and not available for potential clients of this company to review.
