Our inspections include a visual, non-invasive evaluation of all accessible areas of the major systems and components of your home. We examine your home’s roofing, exterior, structure, electrical, heating, cooling/heat pump, insulation and ventilation, plumbing and interior. Thermal inspection included with every inspection. Each inspector is fully certified and have also completed a comprehensive 32 hour course in Thermal/Infrared Thermography. Photos, videos and recommendations are standard practices of PC Home Inspections.
