New you spa is a scam. I just enroll in 6 months package and due to unexpected emergency I can’t proceed with the treatment. I asked for a refund and they are refusing it , put me on phone hold for 20 minutes and repeating the act severally. Hanging up on me. I need my money. Don’t waste your energy and time.

New You spa will promise anything just to sell you their services, but when you are ready to use their services, you will not get what you paid for. That is what happened to me at one of their locations in Mississauga. New You called regarding their promotion and I spoke to the manager and she sold me this special package that doesn't expire. The trick was I had to pay in advance for something that can be used as often as you need. I asked the manager to have it in writing and she did it. She said "Don't you worry, we have it in the system."
They I needed it, nothing was in the system. They changed the manager and I had to explain to another one what happened. Everything was fine until she left. Now, new employee says they can't honor it. I suggest to others to buy services somewhere else, but if you can't resist the offer that they give you, record your conversation. I have my proof in writing, so definitely I can take it to small claims court.

They took my money in advance and promised the use of machine which wasn't listed on the contract. They promised me one year unlimited service and didn't book me in. They terminate my package after one an half months as the manager changed. Horrible unprofessional service.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. PLEASE READ FURTHER INTO THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! Take the existing review very seriously. This has happened to myself and many others. Just Google their name or "previous" names and the word scam "Pure Med Spa, Renew Beauty, New You Scam". They constantly change corporations to curtail legal action and make it difficult to do anything, despite the very fact that "Pure Med Spa" remains on the outside of their store.

I sincerely wish I followed my gut the first time I experienced New You, which has been regrettable. Takes a lot to piss me off and today was the breaking point. The first experience at their Woodbridge location was laughable with a Millennial giving me a consultation with zero medical training, never mind life experience, and throwing discounts out there to get me to buy before I had a chance to speak. Pretty reckless from a business that alters your body and face. No thanks. Then I got a call from the Davisville location by chance and told the manager there, Chantal, of my poor experience, more to inform her than get her to fix. She actually seemed nice and honest and I ended up coming by to meet her at Davisville as my office is nearby. I ended up buying Ultherapy for $3500.00, payment upfront. WARNING - Never EVER give businesses like this money upfront!!!! Pay after because, had I read the reviews from before on here, sadly I would've realized that these individuals have no business standards, customer service or integrity and would've gone elsewhere. I have an hour + in traffic each way to get there and have to take the day off after a treatment. Time is money. They've cancelled my appointments last minute or not at all until I show up for nothing and have to turn around and go home then take off ANOTHER day hoping they won't cancel on me again. The worst part about it is they lied to my face and assume indifference that they aren't going to deal with the problem, nobody is available to speak to and it isn't important enough to them to care. Once they had my money, they had no problem reneging on their promises, cancelling appointments when I took the day off and repeatedly disregarded my request to have my issue dealt with, which any professional organization could have handled simply and quickly. They also repeatedly refused to allow me to speak with the owner, actually ignoring me when I insisted asking why and instead, when they call the manager who is rarely in, she's unavailable and doesn't call back. I was told today by the technician that the machine to do my treatment was not even there. So, the manager sold me a package with unavailable services? Sounds like fraud to me. So now I've paid money for a package of services that they can't/won't deliver on. Do yourself a favor, people, don't waste your time or money here, it's one big headache from the word go. Horrifying customer service, overall sketchy experience. This business is a scam and money grab and anyone who writes anything different I would question their judgement. Stay away. By the way, I just found a website dedicated to the questionable practices of this company. Google it.

I've been researching a place for laser that would be able to treat my type of skin, and I was so worried to do laser but when I came to New You they have brand new laser machine which I have researched is the safest to use on darker skin.I am treating my full legs and underarms. From my consultation, which was so informative and well explained to the service and 3 treatments I've had so far, I'm so happy with my results so far and I'm glad I chose to come here. The staff are so professional, the service is great and their prices are very fair, especially in this day and age.

I got my first service there yesterday. It was for reducing acne scars that have been there for ages. The girl who did ithe laser treatment, her name is Melisa, and she seems like a sweetheart. Very caring and yet knowledgable about the procedure. I made an appointment with her a few days ago, and I asked her to go with the highest intensity of the machine, since I wanted it to be very effective. But she didn't just take the risk; she said she will do a patch test for that day for different intensities and then wait for a couple of days to see if I had any reactions. And then rescheduled me a couple of days later, and when she was sure that it was safe, then she gave me the highest intensity on the Fraxel.
Also, I had heard that Photofacial is good for acne scars. But what I liked about Melisa was that after seeing my skin tone, she said it may be risky because of the color pigmentation, but if I really wanted to do it though, she would have to consult her manager and make sure it's safe.
My overal experience has been great so far. The staff seem to be very well- mannered and courteous. And as I explained above, they don't try to push you into getting things that you don't need. They have "your" best interest at heart!

Horrible unprofessional service. They sold me a coolsculpting package after I explained I had a blood disorder. They insisted it would not be dangerous for me. Then when I showed up for the appointment I was told I had to reschedule and speak with hematologist. Hematologist did not recommend it. I showed up for second appointment to be told I had the wrong day, then asked for manager was turned away, asked for refund was turned away, asked for someone to call me to provide refund no response. Do the right thing and provide a refund as this treatment is clearly a health hazard to me.

I had an appointment at Bayview location and no one called me to tell me the closed the doors
Place was empty
Looked like an over night move
I called other locations was directed to this location when I arrived , the people pretended like it was no big deal for me being unset
Tried to book an appointment and cannot get any service said all booked up finally made appointment for me and when it came time for my appointment don't I get a call saying they need to rebook me again
This happened yet another time so I try to book at another location the person at other location was nice and scheduled me in , no called to confirm my appointment so I decide to call on my own before getting in the car to drive 45 min out of my way and of course the person I talked with before was no longer with the company and again I was told they have to rebook me
How many times can this happen ?
This company is quick at taking your money and after that nothing

I have had my thigh areas treated by Coolsculpting at New You Med Spa in Toronto. Very friendly staff and warm welcoming atmosphere. I wanted a non surgical solution to fat loss as I knew exercise alone was not enough. I had Coolsculpting 4 months ago and have lost 4″ from each thigh. They are tighter, firmer and my trousers are now loose – says it all. Coolsculpting freezes the fat whilst the machine firesup the collogen and tightens the excess skin. Great value, not painful and amazing results.
I recommend to get done Coolsculpting at New You Spa to anyone who has not heard of them before. Definitely a place to check out!

I have constant breakouts on the face and back. I feel embarrassed because my pimples are very severe. I decided to give it a go and book a free consultation at New You Med Spa. The consultation was very helpful and gave me idea what procedure best for my case. After one acne cleaning procedure, I could already see the difference on my face. The acne started to slowly dissipate. Even though it hurt a bit, the results spoke for themselves. I am scheduled for more appointments at Spa. Can't wait until my face is acne-free!

I got ripped off at many spa locations for a Laser Hair Removal. It costs a lot, the staff usually were inexperienced and not professional. Until I visited New You Med Spa .There were complete opposite. Best prices you can find in the city, they carefully treated me since my skin is very delicate. I am amazed how their staff is so professional, and quick on their feet. I am your true loyal customer.

I purchased multiple deals to New You Med Spa on Groupon. I pretty much liked every deal I purchased with them. Those were: Acne Cleaning, Teeth Whitening and Massage. The thing that stood out the most was customer service and how welcoming the environment is. I am browsing Groupon for more deals and hopefully another one to that spa.

The management just told all customers that there is a "change of ownership" and the contracts are no longer honoured. not true. Same owner, Jeffery Nourse. Look at the reviews under Pure Med Spa and you will get all the info you need.

I have been going to New You Spa for a year now. My Mom turned me on to this place, mainly because the first visit she treated me as a gift for my birthday. I got a regular facial. I am blessed with unproblematic skin to begin with, but I literally GLOWED 2 days after my treatment. I think it helped a lot too, that I used and still to this day use, all the products that my nurse has recommended to me.

I went for skin rejuvenation. My nurse was professional and gentle. New You Spa always have really good specials going. Great, comfortable spa in an easy to get to location. I like the fact they don't try and up sell on everything and pressure you into unwanted deals.

I couldn't disagree more with the last review, I bought a course of 6 laser hair removal sessions with Groupon and can't believe the relaxed, comfortable and helpful service I have received. Totally worthwhile to visit.

I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I went here last week for the my first time to start laser vein removal on my thighs. The lady was very professional and quick. The laser was good quality and the job was done very thoroughly. Very happy with the results. Next week is my second appointment. I am very looking forward to it.

I like every minute of my experience at New You. It was a bit crowded when I came in for my appointment, and as a result I had to wait a bit. But nothing too major. It just shows they have a lot of customers which is always a plus. Concerning my appointment, it was great and quick.

I just returned from the spa and wanted to comment as soon as possible on my experience there. I had a couple of BOTOX injections in to my cheeks and forehead. I am very afraid of the needle but this was a painless, quick procedure that was not very pricey at all. The only suggestion I have for them is to be a bit more flexible with schedules. The rest was perfect.

As I am getting older lines are starting to appear on my forehead. This has never been a real bother before until recently. Funny enough when I opened up my Groupon I found a special offer for botox offered by New You. I said what the heck why not, let me give it a try. After purchasing the Groupon I Gave their Mississauga location a call and scheduled an appointment.

When I arrived I was a tad nervous. but after speaking with another client in the waiting area I became a little more relaxed. But my mind was truly put to ease when I started chatting with the lovely woman that performed my procedure. She was extremely knowledgeable and performed the procedure very gently and it was over before i knew it. I even opted to add a few more units of Botox.

It has been 2 weeks now and I am extremely pleased with the results . I would recommend this service to anyone.
