2. I started my workout with running and jumping . I was hesitant with my male coach in the beginning, but later I enjoyed all my workout sessions with him. The trainer was highly cooperative and understanding. My trainer helped me by providing a proper time schedule for my Cardio and weight training. He even guided me on my diet schedule.
