Received a survey with our delivery however didn't state where to send it too? Why ask a customer to fill out a survey if you can't hand it in?

Delivery did not go well at all. We knew from our order (Home Depot) the date it was going to be delivered. We were notified by Home Depot in detail that the delivery company (Mighty Moving) would contact us and provide a delivery window. We were NEVER contacted by the delivery company on a time. We contacted Home Depot and LG in the afternoon on our delivery date and they had to call the delivery company on what was going on? Long story short the delivery arrived later that afternoon - finally. The delivery drivers offered no apology on why they never contacted us? They also never took off their shoes and trekked water throughout our house. So strange since when we had our washer delivered a couple weeks prior those delivery people, took off their shoes and also changed into indoor shoes. Common sense. These delivery drivers did neither. They brought in our dryer and it was the wrong color and model. Contacted Home Depot and LG while the delivery drivers were here and were advised we need to "refuse the delivery". Which we did. The delivery drivers were not happy and started to rant how they just worked for nothing and this was a waste of time. Then started to try to talk us into keeping the dryer? Which I advised we were not keeping a $1000+ dryer that was the wrong model and color. The angry delivery drivers did leave with the dryer and tried to make us feel guilty over it and how we should provide a tip? Apparently it's our fault it’s the wrong item? Who asks for a tip? For what? Long story short, called Home Depot again as soon as they left and advised them of our delivery experience. We have the correct LG dryer and color arriving tomorrow and asked that the same company and drivers are not used. Which they agreed and booked it with another company to deliver the correct item. Mighty Moving could have handled this delivery allot better. It’s not their fault it’s the wrong item but they should have called as they were supposed to let us know the time and it shouldn’t have been so difficult to refuse the item. Which it states clearly on the order form that we can do when it’s not the correct item. Would never use Mighty Movers and hope to never encounter these delivery guys again. FAIL on all fronts. Hoping to hear from your office on an apology.

These guys were outstanding. They moved us without any damage whatsoever!

Worst experience ever. Please save yourself troubles and call another company, if you already booked them, call right now and cancel! Arriving time: 40 minutes late, moving time: over phone estimate, moving team workis really slow. It took for them more than 9 hours to move 2 small bedroom apartment with a driving time less than 20 min! Furniture was damaged during moving, lamps and stands arrived crucked after moving. Administration does not care about anything, but billing. It's NOT a professional, reliable company.

The move I had to go through was quick and sudden so it was a bit of a shock to the system. Mighty Movers were so professional, however, that I quickly realized that it wasn’t the end of the world. They pack all my stuff into containers and boxes they had – I dint even have to lift a finger. It was a quick efficnet way t deal with the situation, and I am very happy with the end result. The effort on my part was minimal and I didn’t have to recover from the stress like other folks who want to ‘save money’. Nice job, and will never do it on my own ever again!

I recommend Mighty Movers as truly professional, fast and efficient. I had to move as a single parent, and it didn’t look pretty at first. But after I saw how the guys work – fats and without any delays – I am no longer afraid of the moves that I may have to do in the future. This is a huge change from what I knew in the past so I am very happy. Will recommend it to family and friends in a heart beat.

When we had to move to the new house, two hours away from the old one, we weren’t sure what to do. But our friends recommended Mighty Movers, and we went for it. We have to say that we are really happy we did – it was a great way to move without having to worry about the heavy furniture and the fragile items. During our move, Calgary mighty Movers, were really fast and efficient. You could tell they tried to do the job as soon as possible, unlike some other movers who try to do it slowly since they are paid by the hour. Nothing like that here – just efficient, smart guys. We put some of our stuff into storage, and that was done so fast. They moved the furniture to the new place and installed some of the pieces that needed special treatment. I was able to relax and not worry about anything at all, just enjoy a job well done. I recommend them to people moving – they are reliable and really efficient.

Our move from the last flat to the new apartment was going to be stressful but after a lot of thinking we decided to hire Mighty Moving. Besides the regular sofas and armoires, we had our kid’s piano to move, and a bunch of doll houses we made together with my wife. Everything went so smoothly we barely noticed the transition. The guys were there to pack the stuff, and they treated our houses as if they glued them together themselves. The move took three hours, and they even put the furniture efficiently in the right places, like we asked them. Don’t move yourself, hire Mighty Movers, they’ll get the job done.

We have moved recently. Everybody thought it would be awful: loosing things,damaging of furniture and houshold equipment. But our neighbours gave us advice to turn to Bill and Ben the Mighty Moving Men from Calgary and it was our luck. These guys make everything quickly and effitiently, all we have to do is just look at them and wonder.
