Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. One of the staff members inappropriately propositioned me when I booked my trip. He tried to encourage me to stay at a hotel he was also staying at and even invited me to share a bottle or two of wine with him.
When I complained to the company, their response was to tell me to cease contacting them.
I felt this was a really inappropriate way for a company to deal with an unprofessional staff member.
I do not appreciate that TSI actually supports a staff person who treats female clients trying to book trips as an opportunist way to gain a date.
To top it off my short flight involved a flight at 5am and a stop-over and change of planes making the trip longer than it should have been.
Because of my experience with this company I cannot recommend them.
