This is an all round great place to store your goods, it's clean, very well maintained, a good choice of storage locker sizes, reasonably priced but best of all very, very helpful staff.

Good service, clean storage spaces, nice features like use of a moving van for the cost of fuel, appears to be a very secure building. My concern is confusing discounts and having to constantly monitor to see if the discounts are applied properly and consistently.

Sentinel Storage is very clean and secure.
Prices are very fair, they do have special offers.
The Sales Person was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
He took the time to show me various storage units, explained comparisons in the unit's size in relation to my storage needs.

This place has been great. Both personal and business storage. Super clean and professional... Great hours and access to the facility. The loaner truck has been useful and cost effective. I have used it twice now. Would definitely recommend this place to friends, family... and you!

We are return customers to Sentinel Storage, and are completing a second term with them now. We have used them to store some extra items while selling and moving, and we couldn't have done without it. By stashing away some seasonal items, it was such a relief to not have them cluttering up our home while it was on the market. We love the proximity and easy self-serve access. Never had any issues with the loading bays being too busy, etc. I'm also amazed at how clean the entire facility is. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to the staff and management that assisted me to initially rent my unit, even while I was travelling and juggling being out of town. They went out of their way to meet with me too. The storage is the nicest, cleanest, newest, organized, moving equipment make is such a lovely experience.

I have been with Sentinel Storage for almost 2 years - the facility is always clean, staff is helpful - even helped me use the power jack to unload my truck! Close to home!

We are in the process of building a new home and needed a temporary facility to store our excess goods we've accumulate over the last 18 years in our current home. That said, we've been using a 10 x 10 unit for the past 4 months and we are extremely happy the facilities. There's easy access to the loading dock, dolly trucks, freight elevator and our unit. We've never had to wait to get into any of the bay's. The staff are very friendly and easy to speak to. The heated and secure storage facility gives us a peace of mind that our belongings are well protected from both the elements and undesirables. If you are in a situation that requires warm, comfortable and a secure facility for your needs, this is the place.

We're very pleased with the Sentinel Storage location at Chaparral. We were impressed right away how clean the facility was and how organized it is. It's very easy to get in and out of, and is very secure. The Manager, Nation, took the time to give us a tour of the facility and ensured that we were familiar with the process of entering and exiting. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend this location to anyone.

I have been very pleased with the storage at Sentinel Storage Chaparral. The ability to get things out of our storage when we want it and knowing that the security is great. One time I accidentally did not lock my storage unit properly, and received a call to come and secure it. That was much appreciated.
I also appreciate how close it is to our home in Chaparral Pointe.
Also appreciated Mr. Nation, who helped me get a unit so quickly.

My wife and I recently relocated to Calgary. Finding we had too much possessions for our new Condo we went searching for storage. Visited 3 locations and were so happy we found Sentinel in Chaparral. They gave us a tour of all their facility and helped us choose a locker that would accommodate our needs. The Manager got involved as well as a very friendly girl with a French accent. They both made us feel valued as their future customers. The facility is top notch and very very clean. That is what was important to us. We cannot recommend this business enough.

Credit card was not charged and then charged standard rack rate without calling or trying to get a hold of the owner for the locker to fix error. As soon as notification was received called within 5 minutes to fix error, but too bad you have to pay the full price...also did not apply the credit for the initial review for the first review created and submitted.

The Chaparral location has wonderful managers/employees that truly care about customer service and take total pride in thier work environment. This location is spotless and well organized with many amenities that makes moving in and out of the facility easy and convenient. The Sentinel Chaparral facility is the best storage place I have ever used. Nation the Branch Manager has a mandate of making this the best Sentinel facility in Canada and from the ones I have rented from before he has accomplished that. Great location and accessible for all vehicles.

From beginning to end, the staff at Sentinel have been a delight.
The units are clean, no indication of any pest issues.
The facility is open convenient hours, and easy to navigate.
Even the fellow unit renters have been pleasant and helpful.

This is the best move I have experienced. Very professional staff although I continued with the same person William (Bill McCarthy). Very knowledgeable, patient taking me to view different sized units throughout the 3 floors of the storage facility and very pleasant demeanor. The units are kept very clean -actually the whole facility is well maintained. The selling feature for me was being able to rent the moving truck for a mere .50¢ a km. The adjustable lift was an added bonus which also made the move quick and easy. Thank you Sentinel Storage and William for a positive moving experience!!

All the staff we spoke with were extremely helpful and provided us with accurate information. The unit was easy to rent and the facility is extremely clean and well maintained. They provided a courtesy truck to transport our stuff and the carts available on site make it easy to move your items into storage. The access hours are very convenient and it seems well secured.
