Bed Bug Authority Canada

I needed someone to come right away. I had someone come to my house, that might have been a carrier of bed bugs. I had no idea who to call, so I looked on Government of Canada site for Bed Bug information and I saw BBAC listed, in Oakville.

I called the number and Tony came out after our talk on the phone and checked my place out for any bugs. Couldn't find any, so he gave me the name of someone he refers people to in Toronto, Toronto Working Dogs, and he said he would call him and give him the details. I called also and make an appt. for the dog to come out, along with it's owner. It was nice that he already had all the info that he needed, so I did not have to explain again . I did see some bugs, a couple of days later, so I just assumed that there was bed bugs, so I called the person in Toronto and he said to call Tony back and possibly would need the heat treatment. Instead of going back and forth, in case they were not bed bugs, Tony asked me to text him a picture of the bugs. They were not bed bugs... just some creatures who came out due to extreme humidity. He told me to call Omid back again and keep the appt. for the dog inspection. The dog came and NO bugs. Praise the Lord.
All was done very professionally and saved some running around by texting pictures. I felt very very comfortable with Tony and I would highly recommend him 100%.
