meadowvale honda financial manager kevin campbell deserves a honda canada worst customer service award.

july 2017: my deal didnt go through and i asked him for my deposit which i gave 3 weeks ago. it took him 3 weeks to print my refund chq. finally today he told me to come and pick up the chq. so i went but reception girl cudnt find the chq. when i asked if he can get my chq, he was pissed at the sale person. he was bitching abt the sale person, seem like i hired him. thats not all, reception girl for trying to get my chq to me and this guy didnt print the chq and reception girl was looking all over the place. then mr. campbell came and went upstairs print out my refund chq.

after i sign and got the my refund chq, u guys wont believe what happen.
mr. kevin cambell told me to "Get out!".
yes thats what happen. another sale represents and reception girl got shocked. this guy is a honda employe working in honda dealership tell a customer to get out. didnt stop there. i ask him "what!"

mr. campell told me " i help to get this chq back and now get out!"

wow again he told me, i asked him this is my money and it took 3 weeks for u to get me my chq back. and then. mr. campell start to bitching about the sale person that i worked with. it seem like i hired him. and then mr. kevin campbell walked to his office like chicken. didn't finish what he started with me. didn't respond me why do i need to get out from dealership building.

i just don't understand to whom i can blane this on. blame on meadowvale honda in mississaga manager and owner of this dealership who hire a guy like this. or honda canada to let a guy to represent their brand .

now i dont even think i want to buy honda crv in this dealership. This guy should be terminated from his position as he is not fit to be a financial manager and dont know what is customer service skills. well i dont need this treatment, i took to the next level, honda canada customer service and did my complain. and they r going to investigate and now let me see what honda canada wud do abt this.

if u guys want to get honda car, please stay away from meadowvale honda dealership. unless u guys want to deal with a guy who got the award for the worst customer service in financial manager kevin campbel

May 25th - First time I have visited the dealership to do a lease buy back and met with Kevin Campbell who is the worst financial manager to deal in Meadowvale Honda. This guy should be terminated from his position as he is not fit to be a financial manager.

He has no customer service skills and because of him I have to think twice before visiting the dealership.

I did engine and break oil change with them. After the service they recommended pcv change just after 59000 miles. However, they also said that rear differential oil is dirty and needed change. However, I have a 2 wheel drive crv that does not have rear differential. I am still wondering how can they suggest to fix something that does not exist in the car. There could be only 2 reasons either they were cheating or they are not competent enough. In either case, I will never visit them again.

I needed a recall service. The first time there was nice. The lady helped me and made an appointment for me since they don't have the part to fix the car. Two days later I went there on time for my appointment and was told I have to wait for 1and 1/2 hour or maybe 2 hours. I was surprise but had no choice but wait. After almost two hours later, the service girl whose name start with D, told me that my car could not be done, because they don't have the part to fix it. I asked her why not tell me early and made me wait for that long, on top of it, I had appointment. She said: I told you we have three cars for recall. I don't care how many car you have. I had an appointment and waited for nothing! I called the following day to make an complain, and still nothing happened. No one called me about my recall or anything. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a used Honda Fit at this location on January 14, 2015. As part of the purchasing negotiations, I requested a roof rack be installed in order to increase the carrying capacity of the vehicle. Both Asim Alam and his manager Paul Chun readily agreed to this, and Syed included it on my paperwork.
It is now three months later and my roof rack has yet to appear. I have spoken with Meadowvale repeatedly. At no point have they called me of their own initiative; I have had to contact them each time. I will not be returning to this location the next time I need a car.

I recently purchased a new Honda Odyssey for growing family. Our old car had a transmission blow up and we needed a new car ASAP. I worked with a new sales guy, Muneer Malik-Noor, and he was fantastic. Really informative and clear with all of the information. He knew we had time constraints but still made sure all of the necessary details were given quickly and efficiently. Didn't waste our time with needless negotiating, but gave us a fair and good price. The car is great, and we would definitaly go back to Meadowvale for our next car purchase

As a result of our Honda Fit being rear-ended, I brought this vehicle in for some insurance body work on July 28, 2014. We chose not to proceed with the insurance company “preferred shop” as we felt the service and workmanship would be superior at Honda. The repair was to take four days, as specified by my insurance adjustor and the head of the service department at Meadowvale Honda. I called on Friday, August 1st and was told the repair was not completed, and it would be a few more days. I called again on Wednesday, August 6th and was told the repair still was not completed. Finally, after a number of calls, the car was finally ready for pickup on Thursday, August 14th.
I went with my son to pick up the car and noticed that there were scuff marks on the newly placed bumper, a scratch on the front fender (that was not pre-existing), and the driver seat was dirty from body filler dust. Needless to say I was upset, especially after having to wait almost three weeks for the car which should have taken four days to complete. I told the service manager, that I would not accept the car in that condition. The service manager said the scuff marks could be buffed out at the dealership, but the scratch would have to go back to the auto body shop which is located off-site (Brampton).
This was now going to create more delay and we were frustrated. My wife and I were driving by the dealership on Saturday, August 16 and we noticed that the car was still parked in the lot. Obviously, the car hadn’t been sent to the body shop. We stopped at the dealership and spoke with the sales manager (the general manager was unavailable) and expressed our frustrations and concerns. His role was mediator as we communicated our frustrations and concerns with the service manager present at the meeting. Aside from the delay, the lack of communication from the service department was unacceptable. We were never kept apprised of the delays or the reasons for the delays. Many reasons were given for the delays at this unplanned meeting. Obviously, the dirt on the driver’s seat could not be explained away, although the service manager attempted to. He assured us the vehicle would be going to Brampton that day. We finally picked up the car on Thursday, August 21, in the evening, almost one month after dropping it off.
During this whole time we never received one phone call from the service department on the status of our car or a reasonable explanation of the delays. This has been the most frustrating experience we have ever had with a service department, and totally unprofessional for a dealership of this size.
We would certainly consider purchasing another Meadowvale Honda from our salesperson who was excellent. Undoubtedly, we will not be bringing our Hondas to Meadowvale for any kind of service.

Two weeks after I brought my accord to Meadowvale Honda for regular service, I open the hood and found the hood prop rod clip has been broken. I open the hood regularly to check the oil level and I am sure the clip was working before I brought to service. The clip not cost too much, but it just show the responsibility of the service.

I was interested in looking at used cars and possibly fostering a relationship with this dealership as they claimed to be rated top 6th in all of Ontario. Living in close vicinity of the dealership I would prefer bringing all of my future business to them as I am about to start raising a family and settle down. My visit started out well enough but quickly took a turn for the worst as I was introduced to Syed Harris. Current models of the used car I was searching for were not in stock which was fine, I had hoped to leave my information if such a car would come in stock they could contact me. Instead what came next had confirmed my hatred of car salesman. I was now introduced to Andrew Yapp a "floor sales manager?" I was asked if I was interested in purchasing a new 2012 model instead at an "aggressively" reduced price. I took their bait, big mistake, the dog and pony show had begun. Before I was able to get the "aggressive" price which I had asked for on numerous occasions, I had to stomach Syed's showcasing of the car, something of which was unnecessary as I had informed them I knew all about the car and what features it contained. Next I had to endure Syed wasting my time writing up unnecessary paper work, which when I had questioned him about it I was told was procedure and needed to be done as they take selling cars "very seriously". I was clearly frustrated at this point and if Syed could not see that on my face then Andrew Yapp certainly did as he passed by and asked if everything was alright. I asked again what the "aggressive" sales price would be and why I needed to endure the unnecessary paper work. Again I wasn't given the price and told the paper work was necessary, and proceeded to walk away. When Syed had finally come back to talk about the financials I wasn't given the "aggressive" price like I was told I would receive. I shown inflated cost estimates at what monthly payments would be for a used vehicle. When I had pulled out my calculator to show Syed the correct price, he shrugged it off like it was nothing. Next I was shown what monthly payments would be if I were to purchase the new car, and then the crowning moment happened. I was ASKED what I would want to pay for this car. EXCUSE ME? The "aggressive" price I was promised is something you would make up after obtaining the knowledge of what I would pay for this car? I can't believe I fell for this bait and switch tactic. I proceeded to tell Syed what I would pay for monthly which I knew was a completely absurd number. He knew this as well but that didn't stop him from leaving AGAIN to get Andrew so we could keep wheeling and dealing. Andrew once again proceeded to "educate" me on monthly payments and I was once again told a monthly payment price of what they could "get away" with selling the car. I did the math. It came out to exactly what the car was worth. Thank you for wasting 2 HOURS of my time. Thanks for confirming my hatred of car salesman. Thank you for ensuring that I will never set foot in your dealership again.

Very happy with all the staff at Meadowvale Honda especially the salesman I baught my Civic from Daniel Furster, he made the transaction very pleasent and pressure free. He was very upfront, honest, and didnt pressure me at all. I would definatly recommend Daniel, and Meadowale Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. He along with the rest of the dealership, will treat you as a person, and not as a number. Highly Reccomended.

I visited Meadowvale Honda last winter because the under panel from my Civic had become loose. Not only was this not fixed properly, I was charged $120 for it. Beware of getting ripped off from this dealership!
