I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Maranello BMW.
As you can see i gave it 5 STARS, if it could be possible i definitely give more than 5 stars :)
This was a very smooth process from beginning to end.
More specifically I would like to give high praise to my sales consultant, Amir!
Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot but also a true professional. Amir is very professional, friendly and quick. He made our sales process easy and stress free. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure
from him at all.
My sales consultant Amir was the best! He was very straightforward and honest with all aspects of buying a vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone! I really appreciate all that he did for me!
If you are looking to buy a vehicle in the near future, I would strongly recommend you check Maranello out and take service of Sales Consultant Amir! He is the best!!! Thank you, folks, in Maranello and thank you one more time for assistance and professionalism to Amir!!!

Anthony Hynek is the reason people pick a particular Dealership. The way he goes above and beyond for customers - me included - are what keeps me loyal to Maranello. He is an asset that I depend on.

Jonathan Tam is a car enthusiast - and as a car enthusiast myself, this makes all the difference when picking a Dealership. He knows the cars and the details - which helps ensure I get exactly the car I want. Most importantly he is proactive - and reaches out consistently to ensure the entire process is top notch.

Rounding out the three tiers of service - Rohan Reid Managing the Service Department ensures I keep bringing my car to Maranello and stay as a customer. In fact, knowing Rohan was at Maranello was why I came to this BMW Dealership in the first place. And I’m glad I did.

I would not recommend this dealership or any of the dealerships within the R.Ferri group. I was definitely interested in sharing my feedback with their Head Office but unfortunately did not have an email or number to reach out to.
To start of, I am already a customer of the Subaru of Maple which is a division of this group. Couple days back I walked into this BMW location to look at some mid range options, primarily looking for demo models. I was directed to a model that I immediately fell in love with and was told on the spot, '$580/month, taxes in and zero down'. This number set the benchmark so I shopped around. Not a single dealership could come close to this price or offer me the vehicle I wanted so I was looking forward to starting negotiations. The salesperson, kind and very professional, even called me and got me to test drive 4 different models to see what I loved and it only increased my want for the original vehicle.
Before any of this, I did mention to them I am sitting on a lease from a dealership owned by the same group and mentioned it had a minor claim against it. The salesperson told me he will try to get me into the vehicle at the above promised price and see if the company and eat the cost of my current car. I compromised understanding there will be some negative equity that I will take on some of the payment in a month and he said it's nothing for me to worry about.
I spent 3 days, and a total of 5.5 hours at this dealership and walked out with one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I'm disappointed to even think I expected a better and more honest experience. After coming in, the team said they wanted me to pay $680 a month taxes plus a down on the vehicle I wanted which was $100 more a month than what I was told when I walked into the door and $80 more a month than I was willing to go. After several back and forth conversations, the used car manager did not care to have a discussion with me and instead relayed very negative comments about our deal saying, 'don't even waste our time if that's what he's asking' or 'whatever deal I’m giving him, it's gone the second he walks out'. That's the kind of stuff I would hear from a low-service brand but didn't from BMW.
Oh, and best of all, they advertised the car at 90km and when I got in and pressed the button, it said >3000km. I’m almost positive that’s illegal or goes against some code but when I mentioned it, the feedback I was told was that the used cars sales man DID NOT GIVE A… sorry, don’t want to say what he said but I’ll leave it at that. (SEE ATTACHED)
Another incident that annoyed me was that I had given my current dealership a heads-up that I will be moving elsewhere since they couldn’t give me a good price on a car. When BMW called Subaru of Maple, the latter claimed they had given me an offer on my car and that they had already done an appraisal. When I heard this, I was astonished because I had not gone into my old dealership nor did they even give me a price. This was a flat out lie and BMW started questioning me about it. Despite all that I did my best to meet in the middle but the prices just did not come out to what was expected. Even if I were to pay the negative equity my car incurred, they asked me to pay way higher than what I was promised. (They asked me to pay 50 more a month on top of paying for my neg equity AND said I would have to pay the admin fee to get the car)
Simply put, I was heavily low balled to walk in and spent 3 days, and a total of 5.5 hours at this dealership to get nothing out of it. All I learned was that they don’t hold true to their promises and that the dealerships under this group are all liars. When my current lease is done, I have no interest in staying with them. It’s sad and disappointing especially when they state they are there for customer experience. Not true, especially when they lie to get you in the door, charge you way more than what was promised, and when other dealerships are lying each other.
I even attached pictures of the posting and their promise. I understand many of you have probably had a great experience but this isn’t just about not getting the price I WANTED, it’s about being lied to, wasting my time and trying to screw me over by getting more than was promised. And I am very disappointed in my old dealership because of the lies they feed this one. At the end of the day, it seemed like it was all to screw me over but whether they care or not, this is the feedback I want to share and hope some of you are weary when stepping in or walk to another dealership owned by a more honest and truthful group.

Imagine you pay $37,900 for a " BMW CERTIFIED " vehicle, and within less than a month we spent $2100,we picked up our "CERTIFIED" 2014 X3 at 12:20 pm ,within 20 minutes we have to turn and go back to the dealer because the brake which is a major safety issue was vibrating very bad ,we got it done after wasting the whole day,as soon we got home my wife noticed the brake light on the tailgate (which is another safety issue) wasn't working,I thought it's matter of light bulb not worth it to go back ,couple of days after we found out that this is an expensive one $370 +labor ,called the dealer back to fix it ,they won't do it,we talked to the sales rep David and he couldn't help,we talked to the sales manager and he didn't help. MY ADVICE if you HAVE TO buy a vehicle from Maranello BMW Please get it checked through another BMW service facility before you have your family in.

I want to thank John Kim (Service Advisor) for going out of his way to investigate a concern we had on our X3. Anyone could have easily made up some excuse for the service indicator light and we would have been on our way. Instead he investigated our past service records and learned that one of the maintenance steps was missed during the service. He apologized for the inconvenience and had us scheduled on the express service the following week to address the issue. Thank you! We truly appreciate your honesty.

Brought my X1 in for a windshield replacement and dealt with John Kim in the service dept. John was very informative and called me several times during the day to provide status updates. After getting the vehicle back I noticed that there was damage to the interior of the vehicle as a result of the windshield replacement and again I worked with John and his service manager. Because the windshield was after market not a new BMW windshield a contractor actually did the replacement not Maranello directly. John was very responsive communicating with the contractor and his service manager and as a result the interior damage will be resolved by Maranello at no cost to me. This is all you can ask for in this day and age. Thanks John Kim!!

Based on past experience at Maranello, I have found that most of the service reps are good to deal with. Rob in particular takes client service to the next level. He demonstrates a strong technical knowledge about BMW vehicles, is very professional, communicates effectively and timely, and most of all he adds a personal touch that makes you feel like he really cares about getting your issue resolved.

I have been to this location a few times and always walked out satisfied. I did find out that this location tends to be more "pricey" than other BMW dealerships however, I was very happy to visit Maranello recently after knowing that John Kim has been relocated to this location from Endras BMW in Ajax.

He never disappoints, very honest and knowledgeable as well as super friendly. He is not just there to clock in and out, and neither is he there to just take your money. He really stands out from many dealerships and other advisors and would continuously go to this location to get my car serviced.

Just before long weekend and had a brake light out and needed a few other things done. Service advisor Rob was outstanding. Was able to get all the work done ahead of time and now I'm heading up to enjoy the long weekend in my Beemer! So happy. Great work Maranello !!!
