Used COIT in late April. What a mess. Tech was rude, late and just a grump. Called in, CSR tried to get me the techs manager. I waited 3 days - no call back from an Alex. Called back in, this time I got a lovely lady, very apologetic and genuinely cared to try and make it right - I believe her name was lesley?. She was adament to come back, to wow me. Even followed up with me to try and save. I apreciated her help, but there was too much wrong and i dont want them back.
