I couldn't be more pleased with the repair job John did on my bicast leather chair. Given the difficulties with bicast leather repair, I thought it was hopeless to fix. However, John worked miracles with it and even though it couldn't be restored to brand new, you would never know it from the completed work.
Further, the Fibrenew team trekked out to the Valley after a snowstorm for this service call and they were on time. Now that's great customer service!
