On my 3rd vehicle!
My first 2 vehicles I got from here, I drove each of them for a year. The only problem I had with one of the vehicles was a loose ground wire. My 3rd is 2016 that cost me more than if I had good credit, but I'm ok with that. All around my experience has been good!

Becareful with the cars they sell you, they will say anything for a quick sale.

Please do not go to this company even if you REALLY need a car. They have horrible service and horrible customer relations. We financed a car with them that should have only been for one year then Joshua would upgrade us to another car. The breaks gave out right at 1 year and they said don't worry about fixing it we will have the new car on the Monday (this was a Thursday we were in) anyway they did not have the car in on Monday - said he was trying to get us a better loan deal. BEFORE we even considered they vehicle Joshua was giving us I asked him if HE WILL BE COVERING THE CLOSING TOTALS on the first car he said YES. Claudio - his assistant who is basically the middle man but can make no calls for anything without talking to Joshua anyway said to my husband our new car rate will be a little higher because we are paying off the old car my husband was asked so we are paying off two cars he said no not really and talked himself out of it.... however because of the bad breaks on the first car, we were calling them ever day and every day Claudio would say he would call us back and he never did.

Now we get a dodge journey and the 2nd day we had it the steering fluid starts leaking - now three months in and the MIL goes on and the wheel bearings and tie rods and some other things are wrong with it and they are not going to pay for it. They keep saying it is wear and tear - after 36 days they cannot help us. They paid for some things but not the MAIN reason we even paid for a tow truck to pick it up. They would not pay for a loaner or a rental or anything.

We are locked into 5 years -- we are about to seek legal council on this matter.

Please do not deal with them - there are other reviews out there that I wish I read. This is the first time I have ever written a review - please please do not get screwed!

Well, this review is a amended review that was made earlier. Re: Radiator leak on the first day.

I've spoke to the president of Trillium Auto Group.

We are on good terms and the president himself has stated he will take back the vehicle that was previously given to me of the year 2014 and put me in a newer, better condition vehicle. These guys are great! Because they are helping me, us! improve/rebuild our credit! just make sure as a consumer, you are greater* make sure you look into what you are getting yourself into.

We cannot expect greatness without providing greatness.

At the end of the day, its up to the customer to verify and know what he/she is doing. Can't really blame anyone or any establishment for our mistakes.

Radiator leaked the 2nd day and Brakes worn out
I financed a car from these guys. Had few issues, made repairs on my own. Requested for brakes to be changed, J.Diaz said "He has no cash to spend" yet they say they stand behind their products ALL BS! avoid these guys at all cost - I'm sure there's more customers he screwed.

car breaks down -they don't care
my car broke down after 3 months.
on friday june 27_2014.
I called the warranty. got biunced around.I called for tow truck.gor bounced around.
my car is stting at the dealership.
because warranty is not open saturday.
now the dealership is telling me I may have to pay for timing belt.
I have tried to call joshua diaz who is the manager.
left messages with Tatiana and Claudio. who both have no authorization to fix.
I have not had a good experience with this company.
they just take
the money
and leave you in the dark.
I have extra warranty
and I am not sure if the car will be fixed.
so now I will start tsking the bus to work.
this happened Friday
now its sunday and still no courtesy call from the manager
of trillium auto finance on queensway.
these people are clasdic use car promise the world and make you feelwrong if you complain.
don't buy from them.
they will be getting no
good review from me.
they most likely
will have no good reviews about after purchase maintenence.
