Have a look at overall feedback below from others, this dealer is a hit or miss, whether it be service or sales. This is totally unacceptable for today's standards as they should be in business to help provide customers with the best possible service. I purchased a used car from this dealership end of Feb, the sales Brek Bailey was awesome, he had great energy and stories to share, I recommend him if you are planning to buy a car. Its unfortunate that the dealership he works at suffers from poor Management and customer relations. I asked Brek numerous times to contact the Used Car Manager (UCM) for a second key for the car (cost is $250 for 2nd key). Brek tried following up but UCM was hard to find and never responded to his own sales staff?!?! During the entire buying process, I met the Sales Manager but never once UCM. I emailed the UCM directly a few days after I picked up the car (still no 2nd key), and still no email response from him, not even with a thanks for buying the car, or follow up with how is the car, etc. Apparently the UCM told Brek that he was going to call the original owner to find out where the second key is. I doubt I will ever hear back from this place, that correspondence was almost 3 weeks ago. I'm surprised they would want to upset a customer for $250 bucks! So buyer beware, if you want good service you may need to look elsewhere.

I was driving a 14 year old Malibu with over 383,000 K. She was rusted and literally falling apart! It was time to shop for cars. So I started looking around. I had a few cars I mind like the Civic, Forte, Mazda 3 and the Elantra. At Honda and Kia I found the sales person pushy, would call way too much, and for the most part wrong on a lot of their information. The sales lady at Honda tries to argue that Civics are quite low on insurance, then pulls out a comparison to Corolla and Mazda 3, and the chart shows the Mazda is lower. What?! And her and Kia wouldn't let me TEST DRIVE on the highway. How do you think I commute to work everyday??? Ridiculous. Then I went to Hyundai. Wow. Really different experience. Brek approaches me, asks all the right questions. Sits in a few cars in the showroom with me. And this guy knew his stuff. All the features and the stats of each car, and told me, that he just wanted to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. He encourages me to test drive some cars. And as many as I want, to get a good comparison. And the SUGGESTS to go to the highway to really drive. I started with the Elentra GT. Loved it. I wanted to compare it to the Sedan. Both cars are sleek and sexy and always get my attention when driving by. After driving them both, I liked how the GT had a bit more power and I could really notice the difference between it's 2.0L engine and the Sedan's 1.8L. Plus, who wouldn't love the gorgeous panoramic sunroof on the 2016 Elantra GT GLS! So I fell in love! Now I'm driving a beautiful 2016 Elantra GT GLS and I love it! It's sleek looking, great on gas, the seats fold flat down and its got an incredible amount of space for a car that isn't an SUV, comes standard with all the handy features like Bluetooth and heated seats, great 5 year warranty, great acceleration and steering and the most reasonable price out there! Best decision I've ever made! Thanks Brek and Greg for all your help!!

I got my Car last year from this dealership.
Services are fine. Dealers and sales person are good.
The experienced sales man, Mehran Shahabi is one of the best people I met there. He gives the best solution to every one's budget there. He is supportive even after selling the car to the customer.
The manager, Jack cooperates well to push the customer ahead positively.
I like the services provided by this dealership.
Generally I am satisfied and happy of my purchase.

Richmond Hill Hyundai has the best service department. Their advisor, Ricco is the best. He always makes you feel comfortable and never pressured. It is great to have someone I can trust with my maintenance.

Sent Email to sales staff to watch for a USED 2013 Genesis Coupe with 3.8 litre and Manual Transmission in anything but white. Got a call from Louisa (sales rep) saying in 20 minutes a 2013 black 3.8 with manual trans. was being traded in. Even put me on hold to confirm color as black with black interior and MANUAL transmission. When I asked the price I was told, under $34000, it had under 25,000 km, I was told to come to the dealership to work out the price and agreed to come to the dealership the next day although it was a considerable distance. The next day I drove 2.5 hours through very heavy Friday afternoon traffic with my 2 young sons and father to see the vehicle and test drive it. When I arrived I was was met by Louisa and Ting (Sales Manager) who told me the exterior color was black, interior color was tan and the guy who traded it in didn't want the AUTOMATIC transmission. When I advised him Louisa confirmed it was manual, he said "oh if you want manual I can order you a new car and take off the PDI and freight". I was obviously VERY upset as I now had a 2.5 hour drive home and wasted my entire afternoon and $50 of gas. I will never use this dealership again and feel the use of the vehicle was just a way of getting me in the dealership to try to sell me another vehicle. If I wanted to see a new car I would have gone to my local dealer. I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealership to anyone, EXCEPT TO MY WORST ENEMIES. NEVER AGAIN.... ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME.
