My experience with Yorkdale Volkswagen was incredibly pleasant and satisfying! I recently purchased a Golf and was delighted to find such caring, professional and courteous members of the Volkswagen team servicing me each step of the way. Brian and Giovanni were very nice, considerate to our wants and needs and never made us feel like he was forcing a sale on us. When we came to pick up the car, it felt like we were coming to family as everyone ensured we were comfortable and satisfied and we never felt rushed. Overall, I am as pleased with the service I received as I am to be driving my new car!
I didn't buy my car here but the service department is really good. I've tried a bunch of other dealers in the area for service, downtown being the worst in my experience. I'm due for a service appointment here as my warranty is almost up on the car.
