From the days leading to my check in, Michelle worked tirelessly to ensure that I had a smooth and enjoyable time during this trip. She was always available to help, and along with the facility manager, frequently checked in as a pre-emptive and elevated service manner during my time here.
This trip just goes to reinforce my preference to stay within the Marriott family whenever possible (I'm at 7 extended stays/events this year!). Furthermore, I just want to again thank Michelle and the team at the hotel (front staff, cleaning, management) for always being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I'm sad to go!

Katherine did not leave, to go home, until she was sure that we were set-up for our 7:30 pm session.

I just wanted to thank you for all your assistance in helping us to organize my sister's bridal shower. The room set up was perfect and the food was delicious. I believe everyone had a great time. I would also like to thank Raj and Katherine for all their help yesterday. They were both very friendly and extremely attentive to our needs. Katherine, especially, worked hard to ensure everyone was well taken care of throughout the day. She consistently checked in with us and was very accommodating when our schedule altered from what had originally been planned. Again, I would like to extend my gratitude to you, Raj and Katherine for a wonderful experience. My mom and I will definitely consider the Courtyard Marriott for future events.
