Excellent service, speed, and efficiency. Tranquility and total satisfaction, Advisor Mike Abalos is very friendly and is qualified to offer you all possible alternatives to resolve any situation that your vehicle may have. I highly recommend them, another plus is that they speak various languages.

AVOID WOODBINE NISSAN!!!

Took my car for repair due to a leak. They did a diagnostic, charge me 119 + Tax, and told me what I already knew, because Midas had already checked it out for me previously: It had a broken radiator. For this repair + another part that “required” replacement as well, it cost me about $1330 taxes included.

A few days later, the leak came back. I took it back to them, and now they told me that this time the leak it’s due to the AC condenser being broken. They charged me $845 taxes included.

They order the new part, they installed it, and as they are fixing it, the AC condenser broke on them. They said this happened because the Rad Support is faulty and front frame is bent, probably from a previous accident (because they found out the car had been involved in a rear accident before). They wanted to charge between $800 - $1,200 + Tax to “fix” Rad Support and “Bent” Frame. I decided to not get that other job done with them anymore.

I took it for a second opinion and they showed me the issue: When Woodbine Nissan placed the AC condenser, the Hood Latch Bracket was not properly installed. They failed to leave a space between the bracket and AC condenser, causing the AC condenser to brake again. It had also started to rub against the new radiator as well.

Also, they showed me that the whole frame and rad support were not involved in any frontal accident (as Woodbine Nissan implied) and still had the original parts. Rather, as stated above, the bracket did not have a spacer and was pressing on to the AC condenser and Radiator when installed back again.

This is my personal experience with them. It’s sad, I know. One would expect an extremely professional service right from the beginning. #WoodbineNissan #NissanCanada

STOP and HIT FILTER and read their NEGATIVE reviews because they speak the truth about this dealership. I want to warn people about this place. READ ON.

Stay way away from Bill Xu (Product Advisor ) and Gordon Wright (Marketing Manager) they are BIG LIARS.

I approached Woodbine Nissan to buy Nissan Pathfinder S trim. After exchanging few email I received confirmation from Bill Xu that vehicle is available and can be delivered in 2-3 days (Inventory from website also shows vehicle is available).I book an appointment with Bill Xu to test drive the vehicle and after arriving at Woodbine Nissan Bill Xu started talking about Nissan Murano (that sounds odd to me because I never mentioned about Murano) and I told him I'm only interested in Pathfinder, not Murano.I have been told to wait in the waiting room and after half n hours Bill Xu came to me and said "Pathfinder is ready for test drive" and I was about to enter the vehicle for test drive I notice that it's not the trim I'm looking for and told Bill Xu that I'm only in interested in S trim not any other Trim then he said me to wait again .Bill Xu was running around like a " CHICKEN" going up/down, right/left, confuse and finally came to me said Nissan Pathfinder S trim is ready for a test run.I test run the vehicle and I asked bill Xu repeatedly whether the vehicle is 2017 or 2018 and he keeps confirming it is 2017.

After a test run, I went along with Bill Xu to his office to work on the number and he told me to wait again and will talk to his liar manager Gordon Wright. After half n hour, both Bill Xu and Gordon Wright came to me with numbers and forced me to buy the vehicle (which they don't have even in stock, though showing on the website that they have and their whole intention was to convince me for another vehicle). I took a quote and left the place. In the evening Bill Xu called and told me that they don't have 2017 in stock, in fact, it is not available anywhere in Canada and the vehicle they gave me for a test drive was 2018. I was like shocked and on top of that the quote they gave me was of Murano not of Pathfinder(Earlier I overlook the quote and did't see it is written Murano on top left as I was in hurry) means I was just being fooled by these people for 2 hours for the vehicle which they knew they don't have in stock. I'm like what the heck...Seriously??? This is unbelievable.

Woodbine Nissan website still shows vehicle is available but in actual its not available in whole Canada

Just a warning for everyone NEVER TRUST THEIR WORDS, THEIR WEBSITES, They are Liars, DON'T GET FOOLED WITH THEIR TALKS AND ALWAYS CHECK PROPERLY THE DOCUMENT OR QUOTE THEY GIVE YOU, U NEVER KNOW YOU ARE ASKING FOR ONE VEHICLE THEY GIVE YOU A QUOTE FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE OR MIGHT SELL YOU AN ANOTHER VEHICLE.

I have my vehicle serviced at this location because it is convenient to work. I am a high miler (5000 km per month) so i have to get it serviced and in particular the oil changed about every 6 weeks. Yesterday i went to an oil change facility for a quick oil change. They asked about my air filter and i declined saying that it had been done during my last service (at Woodbine Nissan) just 6 weeks ago. They showed me my disgusting and dirty filter and in their opinion.. it had not been done for at least 6-8 months. I looked at my old receipts (from woodbine) and it show that i paid for 3 new filters in the last 8 months .. so now i am wondering if i got taken to the cleaners so to speak

never buy warranty for your car in the dealership, sales manager Alex will tell you many benefits for your car, but when you want to use, always will be refused or will tell you, that is not under warranty and the end will have to pay. The dealer does not care about customers, they just want to get money.

I have been buying cars for quite some time. I had the best experience at woodbine nissan . It was an enjoyable experience . I got all the info I required with a price guarantee . Without the usual back and fourth nonsense I made my decision and bought the Rogue that I wanted

I went into this dealership to try to get a quick quote for a Nissan Rogue. I am very gulable and was convinced that what they were saying was the truth. Even when I asked for the best price and had Cash to pay they told me that "Cash is not King" and that I would get a better deal if I financed. I took that advise and before I knew it they had me sign a form to check if I had available financing. They asked for a $2500 down payment to prove that I was serious and I gave it to them. They also told me that there are penalties to purchase an extended warranty and that it would be wise to purchase one at the moment. So I did that too under extreme duress...my advisor that i brought with me to finalize a deal actually stormed out because he couldn't take the deception...and under extreme duress I signed a form that I was told was just to check my available financing. I went in numerous times to get the best possible price and the price kept coming down...I decided to go to another dealership and within 10 minutes I was given a price that was $1500 less than there best. I called Oliver the manager and he told me that it would be no problem to get my deposit back. When I went to get my deposit back he basically said that I purchased a vehicle and was not entitled to getting my deposit back. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GENTLE ENGLISH ACCENT as you will surely lose some money. They still refuse to give our deposit back and I do not want this experience to happen to anyone else. This dealership trains there staff to lie...if you want to support the frauds of the planet...no problem bring your business to Woodbine Nissan.

I purchased my used car at this dealership. I was offered a free oil change with my purchase. I made an appointment as they request thinking that since it's not a drop off, I should be out of the dealership within an hour. Try two and a half hours later! Are you kidding me! I could've gone to Mr. Lube for a faster service.

This was the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. Sales staff are pushy and full of lies. Caught them in lie after lie and they would just try to talk their way out of it. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional in every manner. Would NEVER buy a car here

Woodbine Nissan is the worst Dealership in the GTA. Even as I drove on to there lot I should have known. The Dealership looks like an old GM store. Much to my surprise it was a GM Dealership for 22 years. Still with the same owner and staff from the GM days. Customer service is non existant. The funniest of all is the General Sales Manager,Joe Kirkland. He actually said "we don't care what you think about us,do you want to buy the car or not". Classic GM mentality, too bad Nissan has to have these clowns representing them
