Vehicle conditional deal agreement was signed on July 29, 2024Â
1. Subject to final bank approval Â
2. Did not sign a non-refundable deposit agreementÂ
3. We did not do a test drive
• On July 30, 2024, we texted the salesperson to cancel the deal because we were not comfortable with the vehicle price and the dealership review.
• July 30, 2024, requested for a refund via text.
• The person informed us anything refund needs to come to the dealership in person and talk to the general manager
• Once it was canceled I did not pursue it with the bank
• I worked in the USA and Flew to the USA on Aug 4th,2024I visited three times, flew from the USA, discussed with the general manager, and made several email communications since then my $2500 has not been refunded yet.Â
