No suggestions really, the one note brought forward is that the Sales Consultant who looked after us is Mr. Caglar Akgungor who deployed courtesy, attentiveness, professionalism , and help in our decision.
Another member of your staff who also offered us advice and assistance in our decision making was Mr. Ryan Campeau, a commercial and financial services manager who showed courtesy , follow-up and help to all the questions we needed clarification.
Last but not least , Emile who completed the delivery of the vehicle , assisted in the completion of all required documents with ease and total knowledge of the procedure.
These three members of your staff are to be congratulated ! With our thanks

Took my winter tires to install and torque the TPMS sensors as two were leaking air and an arrogant mechanic came out and told me that I'd need 4 new sensors at +$500, without even looking at them, saying they're probably corroded, when they were completely clean and only 2 years old. This service dept. is only looking to rack up your bill so don't go Des Sources Honda for service. I went to a private garage and they charged $20 to correctly torque the sensors and they're fine.

I was disappointed with Honda with the assessment of my leased car (by an independent contractor) just prior to bringing the car back to Honda. I found the charges excessive as it is impossible to bring back a clean car after 4 years. This charge would have taken about 80% of my security deposit which will be used for the purchase of a new Honda in the near future. I felt that after 19 years as a proud and loyal customer of Honda I deserved, at the very least, a personal face to face explanation. In addition, in April I was mislead by a sales person as to what my options were. I made an appointment with John Scott, Sales Manager of Honda des Sources and he skillfully and kindly explained my options as to whether to lease vs purchase plus resolved my issue with the charges of my current leased car. He spent at least 1 1/2 hours with me although he was extremely busy. I left the dealership feeling, once again, like a valued customer and will certainly return in a few months to look for my new Honda.

I had purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord EXL...but sale did not go as planned and deal cancelled upon delivery! I noticed that the car had paint damage when it was being delivered to me. They said the car would be fixed and the damage would be repainted. I refused to accept any repainting on a brand new car. This car had been transferred from another dealership. I asked the sales manager, Real, if he could get me another car, possibly from another dealership. He was Extremely RUDE and ARROGANT. He proceeded to tell me I was a Jinx because the car came in damaged. He then tried to bully me into taking a cheaper model that I did not want. He then refused to get me another car like the one I had ordered. He said he would prefer to not sell me a car! Even the salesman,when I went to purchase did not know that EXL model was genuine leather interior. Anyway... WORST SERVICE and such blatant DISRESPECT from this Dealership!! This would have been my 3rd Accord purchased from Honda Sources and all my servicing done there as well. I have purchased my first Accord there in 1998...As a repeat and loyal customer, you can imagine my disappointment and shock to this treatment , especially since I was spending about $36 thousand dollars!
Ended up purchasing a brand new 2016 Accord at Honda Ile-Perot, that same evening, and it was delivered to me 2 days later! The service I received there was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. The salesman, Martin, was appreciative of my business and a pleasure to deal with!

I brought my car to verify a check engineer light that just appeared that morning on the way to work. The representative said he had no place to check the problem that day (I was there at 7:30am). I said I just want the code checked to see if I could still make it to work that day. He said he had no one to check the car. I asked how long does it take a trained technician to plug in the computer and read out the codes? He said if he had someone to check the codes then I'm fixing your car. I wasn't asking him to bump someone to fix my problem, just take the 15 minutes to check codes so that I could evaluate my options. He wouldn't budge. Where's the flexibility and the service I expect from a reputable (I thought) dealership. They can't make up 15 minutes? Anyways, I called Honda Nord Sud and told them my situation and they said no problem, they'd squeeze me in to check the codes. The service at Honda Nord Sud is excellent.
