A proud Canadian Company, Swift Messenger Service was conceived in 1980 by our founder & President, Mr. Dave Van Dusen. Over the years, Dave has started and operated many other delivery companies including Paragon International Courier / Ottawa Messenger Service / Queensway Courier & Swiftrac Courier Express. In 1996, as a result of a merger, Dave was appointed President of publicly traded Corporate Express Delivery Systems Canada and subsequently Velocity Express Canada. In 2005 Dave re-purchased the Ottawa branch and returned back to the initial branding roots of Swift.
Swift Delivery Systems has become the respected name in premium delivery and logistics services within Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. Additionally in support of our customer’s national delivery requirements, Swift has developed a strategic alliance network of agent-service partners coast to coast.
