Just had my roof re-done for the 2nd time with Lakeshore roofing. Nick and his team were just as professional as the first time. They were in and out in no time and the clean up was amazing. Lakeshore installed a new roof for me 3 years ago all was well until a couple of days ago when I saw water in my basement, my initial thought was my roof is leaking.
I called Lakeshore to explain what I was experiencing, Rob came out to see me within the hour and he figured out I had a leaky bathtub.
I felt the need to write a review since they came to see me right away and it wasn't their problem and didn't charge for the visit.

Over promess and under deliver! Now mid December and my roof is leaking. Called the company and they basically blew me off saying its not their problem. These guys are not professionals and definitely are only into fast execution without giving proper advise or recommendation. Stay away!
