Well, I wish I could have written a review based on the quality of a haircut experience. However, I never got through the door. What I can say for sure from my experience is....don't expect your call to be returned when you leave a voice message. This lack of respect for a customer (me) makes one (me) believe that the work ethic and (maybe?) even the services provided lack in the personal touch. If great customer service (which is what hairdressing is) is what you are striving for, K, you need to strive further. You let this customer (me) down and ( I ) will never patronize your hair salon nor will ( I ) be shy in sharing a disappointing experience.
