The whole experience was outstanding ! From rescheduling my original appointment, to contacting me to confirm the appointment and being here on time. The work itself was less than an hour and the resuls are just amazing : looks like a brand new carpet. Recently we had an old sofa and love eat cleaned by Clean Freaks. I was warned that old sofas don't always look like fresh from the store when cleaned but I have to say, they looked pretty darned good. The cleaners were on time, worked quickly and efficiently. We recently picked CleanFreaks based largely on reviews posted here and are thoroughly pleased we did. We had general grime (2 yrs since last cleaning) on our berber, including several areas with heavy soiling due to a recent reno, and we were openly talking about replacement. Steve knows his products and techniques and most importantly TOOK THE TIME needed to give the carpets a thorough cleaning. This service costs a bit more than those heavily-advertised, quick and dirty '$99 specials' but it is well worth it in my sincere opinion. We will use this company again.

We hired Clean Freaks a while ago to give our house (two storeys) a thorough cleaning before we had some family over to visit. We were very pleased with their thorough, friendly, and prompt service. We also appreciated that the cleaning solutions they used were environmentally friendly and left the house smelling very faintly pleasant. When we have children and become more busy, we plan to hire them on a regular basis.

We really appreciated the great job Steve and Gary did on our 10 year old leather furniture. I had been buying the products recommended by the leather store, but a film was building up on the seats and arms of the sofa and chairs, making it feel sticky.

We were able to sit on the furniture when they left and it felt smooth and soft. Steve gave us tips on how to clean up spills and spot treat. There was no trying to talk us into frequent treatments; he told us we wouldn't have to have them back to clean more than once every 18 months or so (while I was thinking twice a year!)

I look forward to working with Clean Freaks for our other cleaning needs.

I hired Clean Freaks to do a move out cleaning of our house before the new tenants moved in. While they were there Stephen asked if I wanted to have the carpets cleaned. I told him that they had just been done the week before by Jdoc Inglis, who we have hired in the past. Stephen told me that he felt the cleaning was not as good as it could have been and offered to clean one room at no charge to show me the difference. Using their unique cleaning machine, Stephen cleaned the living room while I watched. This room had just been steam cleaned a week earlier yet there was still a significant amount of dirt and grit that was extracted from the carpet. I could see how dirty the water was in the tank. I could not believe how much dirt was still left in the carpets after they were just cleaned. I will certainly be hiring Clean Freaks to clean the carpets again in the future. Good service is not expensive, it's priceless.
