At the Kensington Brewing Company, our motto is Drink Good Beer. It's simple: we're obsessed with producing the highest quality beer with the freshest possible ingredients. We believe in doing the things the right way, not the easy way. This means adhering to traditional, small-batch brewing methods and techniques. We don't use corn syrups or malt extracts, and we certainly don't preserve our beer with chemicals you can't pronounce. Our beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized and brewed in quantities that sell rather than sit in a dusty warehouse for months before you drink it. Our beer is not watered down, certainly isn't bland, and tastes...good
We started building our new brewery in March of 2013, and plant to open by the fall. Please check back often!
