SO FREAKIN GOOD! I never had barbeque like this before! They smoke the food 'low and slow' with wood fire. They did some wings for an appetizer that were amazing!! And some other items that werent smoked but still soo good. Found this site when searching for the blue haze bbq website, so I guess I should leave my thoughts! Im going to get them to cater my wedding too...so excited!!!
