I recently got flooring done through Alliance. From the moment we walked into the store we felt comfortable. Timea was very helpful and not only quoted us for the flooring but installation, under matting, if we needed previous flooring removed, how much quarter round installation would cost, and any other detail we would need.
Still wondering what else was out there, we searched other flooring companies for quotes and laminate types. Alliance was the only company that gave us all the previous mentioned information witout us having to ask. Other retailers gave little info and it was not until we asked for the cost of each specific item that they discussed the quotes. Most people just gave the cost for installation and the flooring cost.
If you are a new home buyer or it is your first time putting flooring in, Alliance tells you everything you need to know and does not hold back on extra costing (i.e having to put quarter round after the flooring is put in, an extra cost I was not aware of which Timea also said we could do ourselves if we preferred).
They were professional and installed the flooring within a timely manner knowing that we were in a hurry to get in the new home. Afterward, they called to follow up and see how the job was. I mentioned how I saw a small gap but it didn't look like a big deal and the Alliance team insisted that it need to be fixed and that even a small gap was not acceptable! A member of the alliance team came and fixed the small gap within the next week.
Using alliance has been an incredibly easy and stress free experience!
