Founded in 1962, Green and Spiegel is Canada’s oldest and largest immigration law firm. Our head office, located in Toronto, has 22 immigration lawyers: three of whom are certified as Specialists in Citizenship and Immigration Law by the Law Society of Ontario and two of whom are licensed to also practice immigration law in the United States. Senior managing partners, Stephen Green and Evan Green have each practiced exclusively immigration law for more than thirty years. They mentor a talented team of immigration lawyers who are passionate about immigration law and focus exclusively on this practice area. In total, our Canadian office is approximately 120 people strong, and we practice exclusively immigration law. Green and Spiegel lawyers are considered by many to set the gold standard for practicing immigration law in Canada and now in the United States. In 2012, Green and Spiegel Canada expanded to the United States. The U.S. firm has 18 lawyers who practice exclusively U.S. immigration law. The objective was to provide excellence in American immigration legal services based on the well-developed Canadian model where everything we do is rooted in integrity, excellence, and dedication. Green and Spiegel U.S. now has offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Providence, Rhode Island, Vale, Colorado and most recently Cleveland, Ohio.
