Only 1 star as I couldn't give a lower rating. Picking a trailer and getting financed online was the only quick thing about this place even then it was at least 3 weeks in length due to disorganization. Very long reason below, short form they made a promise due to several mistakes, emailed confirmation, booked appt for said free service and was called a liar & would need to pay in full, they finally agreed service at lower cost, arrived and work was refused :/

Once I arrived (7hr drive) I was actually sold the incorrect model as promised, plus some other misinformation that cost me hundreds for no reason; to smooth things over, Darryl the Sales Manager, personally made a very nice offer for a free service item. (Awesome) Due to timing, he was ok to fulfill in late fall or early spring. Fast forward to the day I tried booking, he denied everything (even with an employee confirming the free service the day it was promised). I was basically called a liar (even with proof) :/ After several weeks Tom agreed to do the work at a lower cost, I drove the trailer 7 hrs to the appointment to which they responded that I didn't book the time for the trailer to have the axles to be flipped (had an email confirmation it was:/).

Expressing my concerns and priority of this once upon a time free service (only reason I came back) they took the trailer in, only to be told that it would make it 6 inches higher (great that's what I wanted) so there would be space between the trailer and wheels (no problem, I need larger tires anyways) then all of a sudden it was too dangerous (um excuse me, trailers get their axles flipped all the time) and should get this other type of axle (ok great are you helping with that..no?). So to my dismay, they refused any work, no compensation, still saying I lied about the Sales Manager promise.

When I stated this was a total waste of 14 driving hours, the response was yes it was and it seemed I always have issues when I come here, from my grandma passing in the summer to my dad passing away that week (wth those were things that delayed a few emails). I just burst out crying and had to leave. No follow up call or email. What shitty, lying people. Would never recommend.

On August 1, 2020, we took our trailer to TRX Oakwood in Martinsville for sale, on consignment.
We waited, & waited, & waited, until sale of our trailer was finalized, and we received payment, before submitting our review.
If this review is too long for you to read, I will just tell you now, to run Ike the gingerbread man, before you even drive onto the parking lot of TRX !

Unbeknownst to TRX, the potential buyers of our trailer, contacted us, and informed us as their purchase of our trailer progressed. Here is when the lies began!
They were told one thing, we were told different stories.
Even weeks after our trailer was sold, and the buyers pulled the trailer home, TRX was still pretending to us, and said, "they were still working hard to get us a sale on the best price for us"!!!!! ( The buyers had already send us a copy of their bill of sale, of our trailer). TRX was stalling, and trying to convince us to take less than our agreed price. But we went along with this charade, and stuck firm to our price, until we received a cheque for our already sold trailer. ( We already knew what the sold price/ the amount TRX received for our trailer was!!!!!)
Detailing each new lie, would be a very long review.
We finally did receive our firm price, as we had the benefit of knowing what TRX received for the sale of our trailer. Had we not known, we likely would have settled for
a much lower price, that we were told the buyers were offering ! But we knew differently!
Please heed my warning! Run Away!!

I bought a brand new MPG Cruiser camper from TRX RV last year. Service department is terrible. Our very first weekend using the camper there was water leaking from the hot water holding tank. When I tried to get an appointment to get it fixed they said I could not get in until the fall to get it fixed. So go spend the first complete season without running water was their response, this was NEW , not a used unit. UNBELIEVABLE.

My wife and I had been looking at buying a Travel Trailer, and saw on TRX RV website that they had a specific trailer in inventory, which was exactly what we wanted. We viewed about 10 trailers with a sales rep, and decided on the one we were originally wanting. We asked if it was better to wait until the upcoming RV show in Saskatoon to get a better deal, and were told that this deal and price would be better than one offered at the show, as this was the last unit of it's type in inventory, and they were selling it at a huge discount. Sounded like a good buy, and the deal was done pretty quickly without too much fuss. We made it clear to the salesman while waiting to sign the paperwork that we wanted the trailer locked up, moved out of sight with no-one even touching the unit until the PDI was done and we could collect in early May. He agreed that is what would happen, and that he had already taped up the door with our name and locked the unit. Up until that point - 5 stars, then it all goes pear-shaped pretty quickly. Should have heeded the poor reviews!!
We went to the RV show at Prairieland Park on the 15th Feb to see what accessories were on offer in the camping world, and came across the TRX display, in which we noticed a trailer that looked remarkably like ours. This struck me as odd, as we were told that they only had one unit like this left, and we had purchased it 3 weeks previous. After looking around this unit, we asked a rep if there was any chance that this was our trailer bought in January, we were told not a chance would TRX do that. Asked a second rep to go ask his boss, and again was told no. By this time, the show had been on for 4 days, with possibly hundreds of people going through this trailer, causing untold damage to it. So I took a picture of the unit's VIN, and went home to check against our paperwork. Low and behold, it matched exactly. 5 minutes later, we got a call from a very anxious "Service Manager" (and I use that title loosely!!) from TRX asking when we were picking up our trailer. He had obviously forgotten the conversation we had the previous week about the very same thing, where I told him that they had agreed to store the "locked" unit until beginning of June, free of charge. We decided to pay them a visit, and when we got there, asked to see our unit, as we wanted to measure out something inside. The useless "Service Manager" bluntly told us that OUR trailer was at the RV show, so we couldn't view it. When my wife asked why the trailer that we owned and were paying for was at the RV show, without our knowledge or consent, we were told by this idiot that TRX RV could do what they wanted with our RV, and there was nothing we could do. To say I went 20,000 ft vertical in a matter of seconds is an understatement. I demanded that the receptionist get the GM, Cam, on the phone immediately to explain what was going on. After she fumbled around for the better part of 20 minutes, I was asked to take a call from the "owner", Tom Oaks. As a person who deals in both exceptional customer experience and customer satisfaction professionally, his words to me will haunt me for the rest of my career. No apology, no remorse, no pathetic excuses were given (apart from admitting a mistake was made by the sales rep), just "I have been doing this for 20 years and have never been questioned about anything like this. No-one else has ever complained." That's because, Tom, you have probably never been caught out red-handed like this, by a customer who knows a lot more about business ethics than you will ever know! On 18th Feb, the GM called to try to pacify us, no apology given or accountability taken, and promised to order a new replacement from the factory immediately. This was done 2 weeks later, and now, 2 months later, I still don"t have a trailer to show for my $59k. They blame COVID-19! They won't answer emails, won't communicate, they have my money and that's that! Do not buy from these people, no integrity, severe lack of moral values, and they just do not care at all! The bad reviews are 100% True!

we went to TRX. RV on Nov12 2016 to look an see what they had to sale, our vehicle is a ford edge that I would be using to pull with. the sales lady Angie said the Evergreen Ascend Cloud 193bh would be ok to pull, even though the dry weight was 3630 an the hitch weight was 440. me not knowing about RV's( first time buyer) the hitch weight on the SUV is 3500 TW 350. they the sales people said I'd be able to pull it only in Sask. but I would need a equalizer hitch. we were only looking for something small like the Pro-lites they had in stock. my wife an I were there from 11a.m. till 5p.m. that day. yes they gave me a great deal but a what cost. I spent over $1000.00 to have the SUV upgraded new 4000lb hitch, rewire the vehicle, a weight distribution hitch.it was their service guy who said that 2wks later before I got all these upgrades that pulling the RV with the SUV was not safe. we also had to fight to get a Battery for the Ascend. Tom the owner said that's why I got a good Deal is because The RV had no battery. no other RV Dealers would sell a travel trailer without the battery. some were shocked when I asked about selling Travel Trailers without the battery. My wife phoned & talked to the Sales person Angie I don't know how many times before Tom & Scott finally agreed to give us one. My advice to people please go else where. we will not be back there anytime, they just saw new people who they could get a sale from.

I bought an Airstream there in Martenville, SK. It is my 4th travel trailer. It is the worst service I ever saw.
The Airstream was not clean. There were some scratches on the appliances. They never repaired even they say they would. I had to wait an entire day even I had an appointent in the morning.
Tom, the boss, does not care of you after you paid.
And they did know know how to hitch correctly with my SUV.
I hope the Airstream company will put this company out of their dealer. TRX do not deserve to be an Airstream dealer.

Personally I have not purchased here, but I have heard excellent feedback from acquaintances that have dealt with Tom and TRX RV. Also I know people that have worked there and all positive. As a consumer we all want top notch sales and service. Sometimes though, some have expectations that cannot be satisfied.

This has got to be be one of the most disappointing transactions we have ever encountered. (Bought a 2015 Evergreen Element). 1. We were promised a hitch, but had to repeatedly fight them to honor their word. Once the hitch was installed the chain would not even reach the truck hitch ??? They then tried to charge us for safety chain extentions. 2. We were pushed into financing even though we had cash - with false promises of 'a better price'. Even our deposit was refunded to bump the finacing amount to the maximum. When asked why - they explained they made more money by doing that. ( great customer service! ) There is so much more, but you get the drift.
We could not get off their lot quick enough and will never return. Avoid this delaership at all cost, ignore the reviews posted by owners and employees.

Have wrote a couple of reviews never are posted. See if Tom and Scott will post this one. Service is deplorable. Scott who we thought was a sincere salesman is NOT. Our trailer had many problems. Doors falling off, fridge door panel broKen, wheel fenders broken and fan over bed sealed shut and the feont panel.was paint was cracjed. But it had been pretty inspected??????? We took it back to get everything but front panel which we agreed to take back in fall and it would be repaired. It was taken back in October and in March I call and was told it was not fixed. But would be next one. Waited 2 weeks call again same answer not done. So then waited no call from them. I called was told it would be done and I said we would be there on the Saturday to pick up. When we get there it has no decal on front ask to speak to Scott but Tom comes out. I will admit my husband used the f--- word first but I have never heard or been treated by an owner of a business like this. Tom is yelling at us the f----- word saying should have kicked us off lot the day we drove on. Funny Scott was eager to sell us trailer and tack in 7000 $ of extra cost. Also I was nothing but f---- pain in the a--- since day one. In the end we were f---- kicked off his lot. We talked to people in martensville and was told that is how Tom and Scott does business. Also he lost the cruizer dealer had taken there dealership away from him. When you call the office of cruizer and tell your story and they say yes we know about te owner you know he is bad.

What started as a happy experience getting our first trailer turned terrible. I do not recommend at all because of the owner Tom. No customer service after you sign and rude. Buyer beware!

Not real happy with follow up services. Bought a new Artic Fox 25Y back in Feb. For starters I believe the trailer is heavier than we were told. Only used it twice and electrical lighting problems. Plus sofa is falling apart. Tried calling service department today but they were too busy. Recesipnist said she would have someone call. After the 5th time calling they finally called back only to say noting can be done till after summer.

The industry front-running Viking line was chosen as an early staple of TRX RV’s product selection when we originally opened our business, and in the years since, we have consistently been a dependable choice for many happy families. Viking is a tangible testament to what a company can do, when it does one thing and does it well. Come see for yourself.

We were very please by the experience we had at Trx RV. We've been looking for an RV that would fit our family needs when we go camping and they really helped us in going through the ordeal in choosing which one is best for us. They explained to us everything and assisted us from start to finish even after the signing of papers. Until now when we have issues we still communicate and we always receive a prompt reply. I could say that they are the best RV dealer in Saskatchewan Canada.

I bought a Big Country 3450 at Trx RV last year and I've been enjoying it ever since, couldn't be more happier. I also got and incredible price for it, over 10,000 off and the financing was fast and the rate was superb. The people was very nice too they even called me up to check if everything is fine with the unit. I really recommend Trx RV best dealer in Saskatchewan.
