I regret appointing Property Management Toronto to look after my property. They are nice at first, attempting to win you over as a client, but they are terrible to work with later. Long time they worked under Sutton group associates realty inc., despite insisting that 20 years in business. Promised one thing, but when you're a client, don't keep its word. What is written on the PMT website and in agreement -two different things. So, please, pay attention. Mismanagement of my property, placing negligent tenants who left behind damages, taking a long time to respond to inquiries, no information regarding rental taxes, etc. If you are the Owners, deal only with reputable companies, to avoid yourself the headache, stress and trouble.

Working with Dana and Jerome has been a pleasure. They are highly experienced and extremely professional. They always anticipate any potential issues and deal with them before I even hear about them. Knowing my property is in their hands while I am living abroad gives me complete peace of mind. I was in a bit of a pinch on a last minute decision to rent my condo out for 6 months to go travelling in India.

Overall it as a painless excellent experience. All details were looked after and attention to my concerns and details were all addressed professionally.

My Apartment was returned to me in pristine and flawless condition, as I had handed it over at the beginning of the rental term.
