U-Pak Mobile Storage

Had a bad experience with U-pak Esquimalt/victoria. Been loyal to them and considerate that when i booked for my locker access and when i came there for some reasons on their fault i wasn’t able to get access and i let it go give them consideration. But when i had an emergency and wasn’t discharged on the day i was supposed to go to my locker even though i had documents to prove that as i tried to reach out & explain to the lady employee on their hotline she didn’t care, they don’t have any consideration. It was an emergency and no one knows it will happen and they don’t understand that. They just charge as it’s favourable to them.

Upak is an efficient, cost effective way to do storage. Employees are courteous, and pleasant to deal with on the phone. They also give a military/ veteran discount on your monthly cost.

Very friendly staff. Always quick to reach someone on the phone. They made the whole experience easy at a fair price.

Quick, efficient delivery. Ty was very skilled in driving up my narrow driveway and navigating all the power lines to deliver the U-Pak in the perfect spot.

Everything I experienced till now is beyond my expectation!!!!! Absolutely amazing people!!!! This amazing business is set up properly, prices are fair & the people helping costumers are just awesome in every regards!!! again I had another series of great experience with this business (U_PAK) ! started with booking the second delivery of my belongings talking to that lovely lady who helped me over the phone (I forgot her name) to Jack for driving all the way, & delivering the container sooo timely, sooo carefully, sooooo proffesionally, & with such a kind and amazing manner !!! So far have had a great experience booking a moving container with Upak. Tyson and Vera really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and confident about putting my stuff in storage, and were very patient with my questions and concerns. The facility appears to be clean and secure.

This is the second time in the last few years. It’s an amazing service they provide . I cannot say enough in that the staff are friendly, so helpful, and attentive to the clients needs. Yesterday l had arranged to have my storage container accessible and it was so amazing to see the incredible warehouse , so organized and it looks brand new. The locker was delivered at a convenient time and the driver worked on a good location for the locker with me. He took the time to explain locker delivery and pickup constraints so I understood the limits of placing a locker. Very happy🙏

Amazing service! Whenever I call/visit everyone is so kind and helpful. I love that I can cancel my storage at anytime and don't need to give a 1month notice. Will be recommending them to others!

UPak has been so great. I used their unit to move from Vancouver to Victoria including six months storage, and four months of vehicle storage north of Vic. They respond so quickly, their rates are unbeatable, and their service is prompt and on time. Highly recommend, and will definitely use them again if needed.
