When my living room was renovated, I got a double end slider window and a bay window from Total Home Windows and Doors. I got excellent customer service from the team at Total Home. Their quote was lower than the other companies I inquired in. I will be returning to Total Home when I have future window needs.

Vitaly took care of the door issue we were having since 2012. He replaced the front door this Friday with one that was flush because prior door installed was faulty. Where were these installers the first time they did door. The guys were extremely professional and very tidy in their work and cleaning up. I need to tell you that I had my doubts regarding the service and windows we installed even after the job was finished. ...and you can not blame me for this, isn't it? It's a crazy world outside.
Your statement that you guys wanted PERFECT I thought is only a speech sell, but... I have to tell you the experience of dealing with you was amazing and perfect! I didn't even think about that you will replace the window which had a defect inside the glass. It was a small piece of glue or something scratch but today Dimitri came and replaced it.
It is an unusual story to pass around and I already told couple of my friends and clients. They were surprised that some company out there is really standing behind the work and the product they provided.
