Overseas Motors BMW

All is good with the dealership until you have the unfortunate ordeal of having to deal with their service department. Not sure if they are understaffed or run on a different time clock but I rely on my car as form of daily transportation.....so if I have an issue I would expect that I can get a service appointment within a day. This time they have something available next week...it's Tuesday. The first time after three days in the shop they told me the part would not be available for an entire month, oddly I found it online and could ship it the next day. Would not recommend this dealership based on the lack of follow through after the sale. nnnn
