I googled for movers from Montreal to Toronto and I found them on the first page. I booked with confidence, but I ended up with a nightmare.
1. one of the movers was drunk, smelling of alchool.
2. their truck is a crap - dirty everywhere, inside ourside
3. my LCDTV wasnt protected at all and they ended up breaking its plastic base. My mattress was dragged on their dirty truck floor and now smells of gas.
4. they load 16 boxes and they deliver only 12 - due to the shared truck, I assume they delivered my 4 boxes to another client. Is been 1 month now and I'm still waiting some news about my 4 boxes. (one box has inside all my DVDs, CDs with photos and memorries)
5. no customer service. at phone answers always the same guy telling me to be pacient.
6. I was fulled by their very low rate. I should have thought that the price is reflecting always a poor (bad) service.
7. I spoke with a lawyer and he cannot help if there is no contract signed
