Outstanding!
I had my 40 yr old windows replaced on October 6th. Jason and his crew were on time and ready to roll! What super guys! I can't commend them enough. They began their work at 10:00 AM and had 4 new windows installed by 2. My windows are BEAUTIFUL!

During the installation, they were quiet! It was like no one was in my house. They made sure to have drop cloths throughout their work area and cleaned up when they were done.

It's been almost 2 weeks now and my home remains cozy! I want to thank Canadian Choice for providing me with excellent service and super people to deal with!

I recommend these guys whole heartedly!

Great service!
No service I’ve ever used in Calgary can be compared to Canadian Choice Windows. You’re amazing! No problems, no hesitation, no delays and no flaws – that’s how I can describe the way this team of professionals works. I’m so pleased with my new vinyl windows that I keep inviting friends to boast and recommend your services. I’m really thankful to you!

New Windows Installed
I recently had all of the windows replaced in our house. I was very pleased with how Canadian Choice Windows handled this whole process of sale, measurements, installation. The sale rep, Bob, did a phenomenal job, he explained all options, helped us in choosing the best window package for our house. He was always available on the phone and email to answer to many questions that we had. At some point we decided to make changes to our order, and Bob took care of it. I would highly recommend this company. Their windows are of a very good quality.

Bad BUSINESS Practice.
According to our experience DISHONEST company and HIGH PRESSURE sales representative the one attending in our house, Olga Polanski. She came all dolled up with a sample window on her arm and not even 20 minutes had past in which she took some ?? measures and filled in a paper without *ANY* direct details of order as to what they will supply, what color, and how the whole job be done including its time. She put pressure on us to sign saying a promotion was only if sign now but we did not sign and so she told us she will try and extend 'till the following coming Monday. She had come on a Friday. We did not sign but told her before any contract is made the specifics of the job must be present to us. Her explanation was *she does not have such program on her computer, and would see if she can ask someone at her place of work doing such*. Well, she found someone, and the new papers arrived pronto. After a few back and forth e-mails to clarify the job we came to an agreement and set date with time for her to come over so we could sign all in our home. So, she came fast. We had made an addendum to the company’s presented business papers in which among some it was stated Olga Polanski can make changes as she had and also accept money from us on behalf of her company. She told us that a SERGIE who is their installer would come by and take precise window measures. Olga Polanski on behalf of CANADIAN CHOICE WINDOWS & doors and us signed a contract including signing addendum. She received a cheque as per agreement of contract in the amount of 10% down payment. The SERGIE came over to measure windows but had problem understanding Olga’s Polanski business order. We told him go and talk to your company. ~~ From then on we received a new attachment in e-mail from Olga Polanski on behalf of her company and in it she requested us to sign a new contract? Funny, because when she had come over signing the contract she told us that the first one she quoted cost on without actual details can be destroyed as it now is invalid and also does not stipulate it being a contract. This is the one without details as to job and where we requested a detailed quote and she had send one in replacement. ~~ This new attachment AFTER** ask us signed contract, 10% down, 40% upon arrival of windows (arrival from where and to where?), and final 50% upon completion of installation. No mention of anything else but a piece of paper with three columns filled in but NO SPECIFICS as to the windows. ~~ To us it is SCAMM! It is illegal to accept money for a job quoted and signed in a customers house and after fact make **NEW** stipulations. I told her, Olga Polanski that by law they must honor their contract with us since by along accepting money she Olga Polanski accepted the deal. Bet would we have pulled out of the original them would come after us and demanding all sorts of **WHATEVER!! We find such dealing by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors a scam and dishonest by falsely making representation. HIGH PRESSURE SALE and does NOT deliver. We had hard time to understand Olga Polanski and also the installer Sergie in language. It is our recommendation to stay away from the company! This company also enters the review sites on internet and writes positive reviews BUT there is no proper name or info on the review maker. When we requested such from OLGA Polanski she said that she has no access to it so she believes all reviews are positive because the company is BEST. Hmmmmmmmmmm..! We do not give the company Canadian Choice Windows & Doors a 5 star rating but would there be a *minus 1* star rating we certainly be using such with our experience of Canadian Choice Windows & Doors, and Olga Polanski. We write this review without ill intend but only as to our experience.

Window replacement
Had my windows replaced with Bob from Canadian Choice, he was very thorough on the explanation and we got everything that was promised. We had several quotes done and Canadian Choice was not the cheapest but the quality of the window and Cardinal Glass units was unbeatable. After the install we had a small issue with one of the windows and the installers came out in 2 days and fixed it. I would definitely recommend these guys.

EXTREMLY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH CANADIAN WINDOWS CHOICES AND DOORS, WORST INSTALLATION AND SEREVICE AFTER
My name is Joe and my home is in Calgary AB.
We bought windows and installation from Canadian Windows and Doors for replacement all windows in our house with an amount over $36,000. The installation was completed in March 2013. Some windows with curves are not match with the wall but were installed with ugly features.
Since that time after the windows were installed, there were always moistures on the windows. We called the salesman Mr. Ray Wong but without any response. While the winter came, the situation got more worse: we need to clean and dry the moisture and water on the windows with several large bath towels each hour from time to time every day, otherwise; we cannot see outside from those windows and got water flows to floor from those windows.

I took pictures and emailed to both sales representative Mr. Ray Wong and the service department Alexwindows on 31st Oct. 2013. In our email to them, we requested them to send technician to view the window they sold and installed to us, and find reasons of those problems, then resolve those problems. Unfortunately we got no response from them up till today, the 26th Nov. 2013.

Again, on 18th Nov. 2013 my daughter sent pictures to head office of this company in Toronto and called this company two times on 19th and 20th Nov. 2013. Unfortunately we got no response again.

I then called 1-866 807 8064 today 26th Nov. 2013 and requested her (the one who answered my call) to send technician immediately to inspect those windows and resolve the problems immediately.

Now we are awaiting response from this company.

Any one can advise us what should we do to get this company to response and to resolve these problems on those window they sold/installed?

What is the best way to protect benefits of consumers?

Many thanks in advance!

The sales Representative and Window Installer
I have recently had 5 windows installed on my property by Canadian Choice Windows.
My initial contact was their Sales Rep. Cindy Zhang. She is very courteous and very informative regarding their products. I had a lot of questions, Cindy was very patient and explained all the forthcoming jobs in details.
When it came to the actual installation date, the window installers came on time; worked around the furnitures nicely; kept all the area clean; took away all the old pieces of wood and cleaned around their work area; explained what they were doing around the windows, ie insulation foam. All work was done smoothly, no problem with great satisfaction. My house looked much nicer now!
I had to apologies for not offering coffee or tea to the installers!
