In my dealing with this trustee I found her to be righteous, indignant and very very difficult to deal with. Pretty much zero compassion for the horrible circumstances that bring you to bankruptcy. It is very clear that her interests lie with the creditors and she is not there to help the debtor. My advice would be to go to a larger institution or firm. She is on a huge ego trip and gets off from belittling the client...in my experience.
