Vanaik Furniture & Mattress

If it was possible, I would have given this place 0 stars. The worst customer service ever. They said that they will deliver the furniture between 10th and 15th Jan. When we called on 17th they said that they had been trying to call me on my cell 10s of times. False claim, because I never got a call from them while I kept receiving calls from everyone else. Then they said that they will deliver the stuff (queen size bed) on 19th Jan between 5 PM and 8 PM. The delivery truck came at 11.30 PM. With a wrong mattress. When my wife went to the shop today to check ask when will the correct mattress come, Sunny started bad-mouthing and spoke very unprofessionally and disrespectfully. Same treatment was given to my parents also who were accompanying my wife. When I called 15 minutes after, he said unrepeatable things about my family and started badmouthing me too. I know that mistakes do happen in business. But disrespecting your customers will never take you anywhere. I suggest people keep away from this place. You can get the same furniture from anywhere else. If you want to avoid having a bad experience then avoid this place.

I took my wife to this store thinking we will get what we want.sales guy sony approch us and we explain about our small house and we need small set of furniture,he showed white colour
Set,two chairs and atoman,my wife like it and onlyask to change the colour,after 3 delayed delivery furniture arrived,it is 3 chairs.my wife was so upset and call the store ,answer was you didnt pay for small chair anb it is free you can give it to someone if you dont like.this is the customer service she got.after more than 10 times i was able to contact the guy and reply was same.i am in the hospitality industry over 15 years,i never expect this type of answer,in order to solve the issue,these guys ignoring go around,worst customer experience.

I recently bought a dining table set with the expectation that it HAD to be delivered on a particular day. However, on the promised day of delivery they told me that the glass table top was broken and it was their LAST piece in stock, so I rushed and bought a dining table from a different store. AFTER I had bought one, the store tells me that they had another one in stock and they've sent it out for delivery?! I mean how ridiculous is that?? How can you send something out for delivery without confirming a date a time with the customer? All I want is a refund, because they didn't deliver the dining table on the day I wanted it, thus i'm entitled to a refund. They refuse to give me back my refund, and they're really good and coming up with lies and delaying it as much as possible.
The manager, Karan, seems to be a coward-I've been trying to contact him, but seems he is constantly "sick" aka avoiding to talk to me.
Having said that, I've already notified them that I will be filing a consumer complaint to the Ministry of Government and Consumer services, and I will definitely do so, so that they stop cheating customers. I will do whatever it takes to get my refund.

IF ANYONE DECIDED TO BUY ANYTHING EVEN SMALL PIECE OF FURNITURE MAKE SURE IT CLEARLY WRITTEN IN DETAIL ON THE RECEIPT BEFORE YOU PAY BECAUSE ONCE THEY RECEIVED IT THEN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM ANY MORE, YOU STUCK WITH IT. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! We should have checked the reviews before going to this store. We went to the store on Chrysler Dr in Brampton. We bought a dining table, told that it wasn't in stock and that we had to come back for it, I received a call from a female to say the table was ready. We went to pick it up and to learn that the chairs weren't there only the table came in. They told us they would deliver it, they made two appointments with us and still no chairs. We kept calling and got no apologies, no nothing!! Save your money and pay extra for quality!! Poor customer service!!! I will never shop here ever again!!! We had to go in the store and get the chairs....what a disgrace they are.....

I have never been so mentally traumatized by a business. Please take this review very seriously. I wish I had read these reviews before walking into this place. Sure- if You accidentally receive the correct furniture, you will never know what I'm talking about. But for those who order something and when they receive it, it's practically half damaged, they will understand.
1. customer service? They don't know what that is.
2. Karan - the manager - swears at you over the phone. And he only talks to you via yelling as if you are his children and not customers.

I cannot even continue to write as it would be too long. For those of you who have had a really bad experience, I know you understand.

I'm considering taking them to court. If anyone would like to file a joint suit against them please let me know.

I bought whole house furniture from Nav @ vanaik furniture 2915 argentia rd missisauga. They have ashley furniture at very good price. I dealt with nav and she gave us very good deal. We saved lot of money on furniture and they delivered the furniture on assigned date. I recommend everyone to go there atleast once to check the deals.Delivery service was awesome too.

Too bad customer service.delivery guys with no experience and very bad customer service.the head board was delivered wrong and then they missed the side rails.and not delivered at the time promised.never recommend any one about this store.tooooo disappointed.

We got two bedroom sets and sofa from Vanaik Furniture, Argentia Road and we are happy with the customer service and after sales support. The guys at Vanaik furniture are awesome.

Worst service you will find in world.
I just bought sofa for 1350 dollars in August 2016 under 5 years warranty.
The Sofa recliner lever broke. I called several times.but no result.
So I recommend not to buy any stuff from Vanayak Furniture

I purchased my whole bedroom set from vanaik furniture argentia road , mississauga store. I really had a very excellent experience of purchasing my choice of furnitures their. Their price of Ashley furnitures is uncomparable with the rest of the Ashley retailers in GTA. It made me feel that i am buying an ecxellent brand in my own suited budget which is quite amazing. The staff are so flexible in deal making that there idea is not to leave any customer unhappy. I strongly recommend everyone who is shopping around for furniture must visit Vanaik Furniture , Argentia store at the end atleast once to buy quality & branded furniture at an unbelievable price.

we went to the store to buy mattress same time we were looking for Sofa. Sunny at store told us if we buy the sofa he will give us the mattress free. we told him we will give him exact dimension so he can order the sofa. Everything was sent we gave $300 deposit and told SUNNY will come back with rest of cash. Next we as promised we went at the store SUNNY tunred from the deal and refused to give the same deal as promised. But SUNNY told us it is final sale which he never mentioned before. The mattress didn't came to store from warehouse on time. After 4 time calling we refused to take and ask for funds back. As of today we didn't get out funds back not the mattress. The worse business to deal with.

Contemporary furniture stuff I love when i entered the store... I bought my Ashley bed set and received it in a time frame as promised . Awesome service and Garbage was picked up by delivery guys. Very helpful staff.

I purchased the Ledelle bedroom set and Axiom sofa and loveseat and all was delivered on schedule on February 20/ 2016. The furniture looks great with the exception of an off centered leg on the sofa and the material on the corner is damaged on sofa upon delivery. I also had some naturally ocurring wholes in the top of my Ladelle chest, some may say that's a "wood characteristic" but it looked distressed. I dealt with Nav at customer service within hours the chest was available at the warehouse and exhanged/ delivery in 2 days.. Nav also ordered the entire front lower panel and scheduled a technician who is going to change it in my home and center the leg with a special metal insert. I'm very impressed by the support, professionalism and speed of the customer service department. I was expecting a headache based on other reviews but it was quite the opposite. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

New Management at this store is doing great... very helpful, I selected my furniture and wanted to change after a while because of dimensions, Sales rep helped me to select right model and stuff was delivered as promised.

I know that Vanaik furniture has different stores and when I read reviews about Vanaik I was scared to buy ashley products at this store.

i found it Later that I was totally wrong, I bought my whole house furniture from Sunny at 2915 Argentia road Mississauga and As Promised I received a free Apple Laptop with my Purchase and Got Excellent Service that I was Expecting. Delivery Guys were so helpful and friendly for setting my furniture at proper place.

Definitely I recommend this store for good price, service and quality seekers.

I bought my leather sectional from them and I honestly got very good deal from them. Sales rep was very nice and seem to have good knowledge about the product he was selling to us.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality furniture. Their delivery was done exactly on time as they promised.
