We are so happy to buy our first house with pacesetter homes and it's really recommended. Pacesetter homes proved exceptional services to its valuable customers.
My girlfriend and I had a great experience buying from Pacesetter. We've been in our home for just over a year now and have had our 11 month follow up. Pacesetter impressed us on multiple occasions with their attention to detail and have always made us feel comfortable about bringing up concerns. We had very few issues in our first year, and those that we did have were tended to promptly. We're very happy with our purchase, as are our neighbours who went with Pacesetter.
This is my second new home, I had a bad experience in my first new home from a different builder two years ago.nn But Pacesetter is a AWESOME builder. I Got this home before possession date, Stucco ,garage & driveway done before I moved in. I did not have to email or call Pacesetter for seasonal works (SIte grading etc.) Everything done perfectly on time . Thanks Pacesetter and would definitely recommend this builder.
