I have a small mechanics shop here in B.C, and in my last 10 years of business have been with several processing companies; mostly the big banks.
I switched often because while I was always promised the best rates and the best service, I noticed that as soon as I signed the forms the communication and service seemed to decline daily until it got to the point where I was left paying a bill I didn't understand, and never having anyone other than a 1-800 number to talk to.
Lucid Payments was able to save me 22% off my bottom line, but more importantly they were able to EXPLAIN my bill to me, and I was shocked to learn that the big banks are not the cheapest, nor the most efficient companies to be with.
I would recommend Lucid Payments to anyone, and if you don't understand your bill, chances are you are paying way too much.
