I am so impressed with the customer service of the Manager and service staff. I had been disappointed with a bedding assemble I bought and without a receipt, they accepted it back in its packaging and gave me a gift card. I can't tell you how easy they were to deal with. I love Home Sense anyway for their decor but this will have me going back only to my local Guelph store!
