AR INTERNATIONAL

I have been a loyal customer of AR Exchange since the last 10 years and have used their services to transfer money to Pakistan over the period of time.

Today I was at their office at 12:25 PM, five minutes before the opening time. I rang the door bell and the lady behind the closed door responded very rudely and impolitely. She asked me to come back after 5 minutes and suggested that I can go back to my car and wait for 5 minutes in my car. Imagine at 69 years of age climbing the stairs again is not an easy task.

I am not questioning her decision not to open the door 5 minutes earlier than schedule, but I am definitely questioning her customer service skills. She had no reasons to treat me the way she did. Before leaving the premises, I told her that I was there for the last time and won't come back again.
