A&I Limo

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They have no customer service. I purchased vouchers on dealfind and called to inquire about a reservation. As soon as they picked up, the representative starting yelling at me, asking me why I am calling on Saturday and that their business hours are only Monday to Friday.

That's not even the worse that happened. He kept saying he did not understand my "chinese english". Very discriminative.

This company tells you one thing and then does not live up to their commitments. They will blame you for any shortcomings and are very rude. Try any other limo company for a better reliability.

I purchased a voucher from one of the deal sites. When I emailed to confirm my reservation, I got a couple responses back, but nothing to confirm my reservation. So I called them, bad decision!

When I called, I spoke to this person name Andy, his tone and attitude was absolutely horrible!!

At no point in time during our call did he show any type of respect to his customer, be it a full paying customer, or a paying customer with a voucher. At one point in time he even said that he prioritize his full paying customers over one who has a voucher. Well then what's the point of advertising on the deal sites if you're just going to treat these customers like crap??

Do not use them, not worth your hassle and frustration!
