A modest selection BUT the product is the best on the market. I was looking for a very sturdy stone roof so I did a quote request on Zim Groups website. Someone came to my property a few days later to dissemble my old roof, and install a new one. If you’re looking for a classic roof, Zim Group is the place to go.

My wife decided we needed a new roof, and some additional work done. I hired Zim Group on referral from a colleague. We got a new stone roof as well as some canopy awnings—all beautifully rendered. My house looks better for it, great work!

My brother and I started a construction company in 2015. Part of that means hiring good contractors. Zim Group are it when it comes to metal roofing. There quotes are good and their product is better. You couldn’t go wrong hiring them out.

Gave a call after reading about them here. We spoke about financing, materials being used, and the time the installers were coming to the job. Zim Group came to our home on time and finished the roof half a day early. Definitely fast and responsive.

They have a 50 year warranty! That alone should tell you the value of going with metal. Energy efficient, reflects heat, improves attic ventilation, eliminates ice dams, eco-friendly and fire resistant. Nice!

Two of my neighbors had used Zim Group in the last five years, and their projects looked awesome. I became the third this spring!

My uncle both referred me to Zim Group and gave me a lot of obvious reasons to think about metal roofing as an alternative. My roof was very old and hasn’t been replaced since we’ve moved in 1997. Zim Group were very friendly as they explained to me the entire roofing process and did a splendid job on the install. It's totally transformed the exterior of my home for the better.

When we were told by a contractor that our roof needed to be replaced I immediately began to stress over the costs involved. A co-worker of mine told me about the work ZIM Group does so I decided to give them a shot after comparing three quotes. The install went wonderfully and we’ve noticed a change in the heat and cold retention inside our home, which has helped us save a chunk of money over the past year. I’m so thrilled my husband and I chose metal roofing. It’s superior to the shingles we used to have and will last a great deal longer.

Our roof was leaking and I searched online and found ZIM Group. We got an estimate from them and they also provided a temporary solution so we wouldn't get soggy while waiting.

During the summer time, our roof was severely damaged by a huge rainfall. Apparently it had been waiting to happen and the storm was the straw that broke camel's back.
My friend referred me to Zim Group and asked them whether repair or replacement was most advisable. After considering the savings over the whole life cycle of the roof we decided that getting a new one was in order. The new roof looks strong and sturdy. They are real life savers.

This company was professional right from the beginning. The owner impressed us with his knowledge and love of the product. They were very organized, ordering material to start right after we agreed, within a weeks time we had the consultation, material ordered, job done in 2 days, cleanup.
