i had to replace my front window on a hyundai 2011 santa fe and was looking for a repair shop. i have my brother in law who is a mechanic and he recommended start auto glass at 4267 weston road. i called in on a Saturday and made an appointment for Monday at 1300. i arrived at 1230 and they took me in right away. it took them 1.5 hours and they installed my glass. i loved the new glass but on the way home i noticed that mirror was loose. I called them back and arranged for service. It took them 5 mins and they fixed it at no extra charge. i am really impressed with the service and friendliness of there staff. I recommend this place, prices are great and service is fantastic. thank you Lawrence for your help with my car... :)

I had my windshield replaced at star auto glass and they damaged my hood.There attitude is they don't care.I was told they will not fix it or do anything about it and was told to leave and never come back.So now I have also lost they warranty because I WILL NEVER GO BACK,and YES IT LEAKS ,they didn't even clean the new windshield.Shop somewhere else and you will not have to go though the pain and suffering I had to go though.THERE IS A REASON THEY SAY THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST SO THEY SAY.So now it get my truck fixed it will cost me a rental fee and lost time at work.SO BEWARE OF STAR AUTO GLASS ON 1334 MAIN STREET EAST HAMILTON AND LORENZO ROSS. GET A GOOD JOB SO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE IN THE LONG RUN

I had my windshield replaced at the Toryork location today. So far so good. I took the car home and parked it for the day. As I read that a vehicle shouldn't be moved for at least 3 hours after after having a windshield installed. Customer service could improve a little. They weren't very friendly but got the job done.

FINALLY... someone who does what they say they will do and at the price they quoted. Windshield
replaced.... in and out in about 35 minutes and a nice clean lounge to wait in. Great stuff!!!

Quick service. Reasonable price. Only issue I had was upon getting my car back, there was dirt and filth EVERYWHERE! Please provide car seat coverings while working on the vehicle or at least wipe down car afterwards. I got grime on my cloth covered seats and clothing which won't come out!

I'm a used car dealer and have been using their services for years, they are punctual, use quality OEM parts and the prices are reasonable.

I was having corrosion issues with my windshield. I went to Star Auto Glass and they used a anti-corrosion primer that did the trick. Haven’t had corrosion problems since then.

I had an issue with a water leak on my STS. I took the car to another company and they indicated that the problem was resolved. The next rainstorm the water issue was still there - unresolved. I contacted Star Auto Glass and took it to the Toryork Dr. shop prior to the opening leaving the keys in the mail box. I received a call immediatly when the sop opened. I explained the issue to the tech. Within 2 hours they called back and indicated the problem was resolved. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the professional service from both owners of the company. I will recommend this business to every person I meet who requires windshield service ... as well as to every auto service shop I come in contact with.

Star is the best ! Cant be beat . Every other company was charging over 500 bucks !!!! they replaced the wind shield on my car for 170!!! they were fast and very helpful .

Shattering a windscreen is a terrifying experience and can often be expensive to fix. But Star Auto Glass really provided value for money.
