I Agree with you Stephine22.The construction managers of this company is so ignorant that they don't know anything about their own construction site. Yelling is their best tool to scare the customers rather than solving their problems. They are the worst builders pretending to be the best at sales offices. What ever you do to complaint about them your every effort will be in vain because they are not professionals , they are actually a team of friends working together (Playing together) where no one will listen to the complaints.

Their construction Manager could not even notice a gas leak in the house after gas pipes installations which I noticed after 1 month of the Possession data.

I will upload the photographs of the surrounding areas of my house at the time of possession to publicize the cleanliness they provide to the customers at the time of possession.

If you want a good quality home, this is the last place you should look. All they are after is your money and lots of it. They make up premiums on top of premiums for upgrades, just to squeeze every last penny. The construction manager is the worst kind of builder known to anyone. His work is horrendous and he thinks he's actually doing something good. We had major and I mean MAJOR defaults before we moved in. When we told them, we got yelled at because we aren't 'quality control' and have no right pointing out someone else's faults! Give me a break. The sales person at silverado is a real ' treat' to say the least. If you want rude and sarcastic emails sent your way and an immediate 'you're wrong!' With everything you say, then you will get it! They missed an entire door a week before possession. Now 2 months after we moved in our house feels like a construction site because of all the leaks, broken cables and other major issues still occurring. They should be ashamed they are still in business and lying about their quality.

This company should be embarrassed! they havent won an award since dinosaurs were alive yet they keep toting it... get over yourself. You build cheap and quick homes
