SmartHomz

We have bought out a living room set, 5 tvs and hometheater systems, a bedroom set, and a kitchen dinette through SmartHOmz in the past 2 years. For sure they are the best in price and quality compared to Easy home. We had bought a living room set and tv from Easy Home and within 1 year both were ready to go into the garbage. The couch literally broke and the tv lost the sound. Yet we still had to pay them for another 2 years worth of payments so they decided to fix the couch and the tv. within 6 months the tv picture went. We finally decided to return both items back to EasyHome and that was after paying them for over 1 and a half years. it was n't worth the headache. Thats when we found SmartHomz and we have been there ever since. They truly care about their customers. I hope the management stays the same there.

i went looking for a lease to own store besides the big three in canada (easyhome, aarons and rentacenter)and by the grace of God came across Smart Homz. The second I walked in I was really impressed with the furniture they had. I've rented from other places before and I've always got a bunch of crap, but when I walked in to Smarthomz I knew right away this was a place that takes pride in what they carry. When I started to look around I expected that these products were going to be expensive. I was also greeted by someone as soon as I walked it. The sales person told me to take my time and look arround and get back to him when I was ready or if I had any questions about anything. This is great because i hate being pressured by sales people. I was confused by their price cards as they had a lot of information onthem. the sales associate Arch told me that they offer several different payment options depending on the customers needs. One of the options was layaway which you don't see much of anymore. But I was looking to get my couch right away so he showed me some couches and was very helpful trying to assess my needs for my appartment and not just trying to sell me the most expensive couch they had. Needless to say I ended up getting the couch from them and paid off the couch within 3 months with their help. It was a great experience and now they have a customer for life.
